They pick me up and take me where I need to go for my appointment and bring me home afterwards in a nice vehicle with a courteous driver every time!

It is truly an honor to be a part of the AliviRide program. After my driver’s license was medically revoked because of my health conditions, it became extremely difficult to find reliable family members or friends to take me to my weekly doctor’s appointments.

Love the rides although the cars are okay, they are very bumpy and lean a lot on the curves. And whoever sets the pickup times are making them waaay too early!!!! I do not need to be there waiting at my appointment for over an hour!!!! Could you also make sure that the driver speaks English clearly!!!! Thank you.

This is amazing UBER health service provided to me by Humana Medicare Insurance. The AliviRide is easy to manage online, but if you need to speak with someone they’re always available to speak to you and answer any questions you may have.  I highly recommend AliviRide.
