Mi experiencia con Alí Transportation ha sido extremadamente decepcionante. Cada vez que programo transporte para mi hermano, quien es un paciente con necesidades médicas delicadas, ocurre el mismo problema: no llegan a recogerlo a tiempo o simplemente nunca aparecen. Constantemente cambian los horarios, reportan retrasos durante horas y no mantienen una comunicación adecuada con el paciente ni con la familia. Mi hermano tiene que levantarse temprano para sus citas médicas, muchas de ellas importantes, solo para terminar esperando durante horas sin recibir un servicio confiable. En varias ocasiones ha perdido citas debido a la falta de transporte. Intenté resolver la situación llamando al servicio al cliente y solicitando hablar con un supervisor. Me transfirieron a una persona llamada Brandy, quien indicó que manejaría la escalación, pero nunca pude comunicarme con un supervisor real. Además, recibí varias llamadas de una supervisora Joydi, que se cortaban constantemente o terminaban abruptamente sin que se ofreciera una solución. Lo más frustrante es que este problema no ha ocurrido una sola vez; ha sido un patrón repetitivo. Resulta difícil entender cómo se pueden programar tantos viajes si no cuentan con la capacidad para cumplirlos. Los pacientes terminan esperando tres, cuatro horas o más mientras reciben la misma respuesta: “el transporte está retrasado”. No recomendaría este servicio a personas que dependan del transporte para citas médicas importantes. Los pacientes merecen puntualidad, respeto, comunicación clara y un servicio confiable, especialmente cuando su salud está en juego. ### 1/5 — Another Junk App *2026-06-06, version 2.2.0* Booked a trip for a future date, then realized I had entered the wrong time. I tried to edit the booking. To enter the correct time, but that was impossible. So I canceled the booking. Tried to rebook the trip and the app would not let me rebook it. I waited more than 24 hours. Try to re-the app still would not let me rebook the trip. I don’t know what else to say about it except it just doesn’t work. I know the app doesn’t work. What good is it just more junk.. It wasted an hour of my day and was trying to waste even more time by picking up other people while I was still in the car. I didn’t agree to that. They fail to show up, arrive late, and often can’t even locate or contact their own drivers. These issues happen repeatedly, not just once. I gave them multiple opportunities to correct the problems, but instead I was given excuses and reasons why they couldn’t help. If you need to get to appointments on time or want to avoid unnecessary frustration, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. ### 1/5 — Barbara the Supervisor has a bad attitude and is purposely canceling medical rides *2025-08-19, version 2.1.0* She going against hipa and asking personal medical questions! She woke up in the morning to cancels ride on purpose because she believes she knows everything!
