## What is All Aboard?

ALL ABOARD, Your Complete Cruise Planning Companion

Don't be that passenger watching the ship sail away. All Aboard handles ship time, port departure deadlines, and everything else you need to stay organized at sea.

NEVER MISS THE SHIP
Set the all-aboard time at each port. The app sounds a high-priority alarm 30, 60, 90 minutes or longer before, even on Do Not Disturb. Always double-check the ship's posted all-aboard time before you step off the ship.

SHIP TIME
Cruise ships often run on a different time zone than the port. All Aboard handles the offset and removes the confusion so you always know what time it is on the ship.

DAY-BY-DAY PLANNER
Lay out your whole cruise: travel days, embark, each port, sea days, and disembark, with the all-aboard time for every stop. Add shore excursions, dining, and travel to any day, and browse and book tours for each port right from your plan. Set custom reminders so you don't miss the start of the show or that bingo game.

CRUISE MILESTONE REMINDERS
All Aboard reminds you of the dates that sneak up on you: when online check-in opens, when your final payment is due, and when it is time to start packing. These reminders arrive even when the app is closed, so nothing important slips by.

ROLL CALL
See others who have joined the Roll Call for your next cruise and join in on the conversations on our social media sites.

TRIP LEDGER
See what your cruise really costs in one place. Add each purchase and tag what it was, such as a drink, dinner, gratuity, souvenir, or excursion, and All Aboard tallies your spend by category with a running balance that you can mark paid as you go. No surprise bill on the last morning.

CLOUD SYNC (optional feature)
Sign in once and your cruises follow you across your phone, tablet, and the web planner. It is completely optional. Your itinerary, alarms, and packing list all work across your devices if you choose to use cloud sync.

PLAN ON THE WEB
Prefer a big screen? Build your trip at allaboardcc.com, then sync it straight to the app (with cloud sync) or scan it in with a QR code (no account required).

CRUISE HISTORY
Every cruise you finish is archived in your Voyages log, so you can look back on where you have sailed. Optionally, sync your voyages to the web with a Cloud Sync account.

SHIP & PORT REVIEWS AND PHOTOS
Read reviews of the ships and ports and share your own from your itinerary. Post photos of the ships, ports, cruise food, and excursions you've experienced, and browse what others have shared.

PRINT AND PDF
Print your complete itinerary, packing list or ledger, or save as a PDF to share.

SMART WEATHER
On a port day you'll see today's port name, temperature, and a personality caption, from "SNORKEL WEATHER" on warm Cozumel days to "HOLD ONTO YOUR HAT" when the wind picks up.

TRANSLATE IN EVERY PORT
In each port, tap to translate the local language with Google Translate, and All Aboard suggests the offline language pack to install before you sail, so you can get by even without a connection.

ESSENTIALS HUB
Keep your booking confirmation, insurance, packing list, allergies and meds, emergency contacts, travel agent info, Wi-Fi notes, Consular assistance information, Ship codes and more in one place. Attach photos and PDFs to each section.

WEAR OS and APPLE WATCH
The companion watch app puts the countdown on your wrist and delivers the all-aboard alarm even when your phone is in the pool bag. Add the All Aboard Tile to swipe straight to your countdown.

HOME SCREEN WIDGET
Glance at your countdown without unlocking your phone. Pin a separate widget for each cruise, each showing its ship name.

BACKUP AND SHARE
One-tap backup saves your cruise to your phone. Share it with a travel companion who installs All Aboard, taps the file, and instantly has the same plan.

BUILT-IN HELP AND USER GUIDE
A full guide covering everything from quick-start to FAQ, right inside the app, no internet needed.

FREE
All Aboard is free to use. No subscription, ever.

ALL ABOARD, Your Complete Cruise Planning Companion

Planning a cruise? Keep every trip detail together with All Aboard, a free cruise planning companion that works with any cruise line. It handles the little things that turn into big headaches: reminders before the cruise, finding your booking number, ship time, remembering your all-aboard time, and opening important documents even without Wi-Fi.

IMPORT YOUR CRUISE IN SECONDS
Forward your cruise line's confirmation email and the app reads in your full itinerary. No confirmation handy? Type your line, ship, and sail date and it tries to pull the published itinerary from the internet. Or build your cruise yourself, no account required. Then review and save.

NEVER MISS THE SHIP
A ship-time countdown and an all-aboard alarm before departure keep you from watching the ship sail away. Cruise ships often run on a different time zone than the port, and All Aboard handles the offset so you always know the time on the ship.

DAY-BY-DAY ITINERARY
Lay out your whole cruise: embark, each port, sea days, and disembark, plus dining, flights, and hotels, each with its own reminders. Set custom reminders so you don't forget to get some cash on your ride to the airport. Print it or save a PDF.

PORT EXCURSIONS
Browse shore excursions for each stop, right from your plan.

INVITE YOUR TRAVEL COMPANIONS
Invite fellow passengers to share the cruise so everyone is on the same plan, kept in sync, or send anyone else a one-time copy.

BUDGET AND DRINK TRACKER
A built-in, printable budget tracks what your cruise really costs, with multi-currency support and a Drink Tracker that logs drinks by day and by passenger, includes a convenient home-screen widget, and shows whether a drink package pays off.

ESSENTIALS FOR EVERY PORT
Editable, printable packing and to-do lists, what not to pack, weather, local news, phrase translation, an offline emergency card with an embassy finder, ship horn-signal guide, personal and device security tips.

VOYAGES
Log your cruise history, see your stats, share photo postcards, and read or leave ship and port reviews.

ROLL CALL
Opt in to see who else is on your sailing.

ON EVERY SCREEN
A customizable home-screen countdown widget that transforms into useful tools and information when needed, an Apple Watch app and complication, and a Wear OS tile put your countdown wherever you look.

CLOUD SYNC AND WEB PLANNER
Optional cloud sync keeps your phone, watch, tablet, and browser in step. Prefer a big screen? Build your trip at allaboardcc.com, then sync it to the app or scan it in with a QR code.
