Discontinued app with no word on what to do with the already purchased content. ### 1/5 — Great magazine, but rubbish app *2023-11-02* Unfortunately I’m going to have to cancel my subscription, not because I don’t like the magazine (I do), but because the app is terrible. Much of the time it won’t let me download issues, or it just deletes them when it feels like it. My biggest gripe is that as I own the issues I should be able to read them and make notes and highlights. But the app won’t let any kind of user interaction. I emailed the customer support numerous times as to why I can’t have the magazine in pdf format so I can be free to read and make notes…..but they couldn’t be bothered to respond. I’ve paid for the magazines, so I should be free to have them as I like, not locked into a user-unfriendly app that could disappear off the App Store at any time. ### 1/5 — Terrible service *2022-11-19* Cant access new additions. It’s full of great articles and truly wonderful photographs. ### 5/5 — Excellent App *2017-07-19* I decided to download this app and subscribe to the magazine due to me being interested in things about the Universe and Space. The price of the magazines is ok compared to buying the print edition in the shops at double the price. I love the magazine so much I've subscribed to the digital and print editions. I just wish with technology today that they could have some interactions on pages i.e. 3D Planets you can zoom and spin etc but hey there's apps that's dedicated to that.
