Very difficult if not impossible to get hold of. You’ve been warned, be careful. I couldn’t cancel or refund as there’s no option. I’ve emailed and asked their chat bot but they just took my money and I got nothing. Don’t recommend. The app is extremely clunky anyway but disappointing customer service when you have a tiny app is a shocker. I copied vouchers but I need to download app. I downloaded app and try to use my vouchers. I can’t tell if it’s the chat function or the customer service staff that are underperforming but when it eventually loads there is no indication that it’s connected you with a person, and when you are it disconnects mid conversation. ### 1/5 — Scammers *2025-09-26* So the chat times out constantly if you have a problem with your order. We had our first and last experience last night. The food was utterly disgusting so much so that we didn't eat it and left it outside and told them to come back and collect it and refund us. They didn't obviously! So for an expensive food order that was disgusting they refused to refund.
