## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.8.1 — 2026-08-23

This update fixes two mistakes in the last one. Sorry.

If you log long shifts, we were counting them for more than they're worth:
three 12-hour days were showing as 4.7 days, when Home Affairs would count
3. A long day is one day, however long it runs. Your total may drop again
because of this, and we're sorry to move it twice in one week — it's better
to see the honest number now than at your visa application.

The home screen widget is fixed. If it's been stuck on 0 days since the last
update, it was choking on totals with a decimal. Remove and re-add it if it
still looks wrong.

Totals are now whole days, always rounded down: 67 rather than 67.3. You'll
never be shown more days than you could prove.

The hours-per-day figure behind it is our own best estimate. Keep
your payslips, and check your own situation with Home Affairs or a
registered migration agent before you apply.

### 1.8.0 — 2026-08-22

Important update: day counting matches Home Affairs

Your day total may look different after this update - here's why, and why it matters.

THE FIX
We've aligned all-good's day-counting with the official Department of Home Affairs "full-time equivalent" rule. Previously, one ticked day = one counted day, regardless of hours worked. Now:
- Full-time weeks (38h+) count 7 days including rest days
- Part-time weeks count hours worked ÷ 7.6h (the standard full-time day)
- Long shifts still count as one day (overtime doesn't speed you up)

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU
- If you work full-time (38h+/week), your total likely went UP — rest days now count
- If you work part-time or short shifts, your total likely went DOWN — matching what immigration will actually count when you apply

This is the number Home Affairs will use for your 2nd year visa. Better to see the real figure now than get rejected at application time.

### 1.7.6 — 2026-08-14

Bug fix

### 1.7.4 — 2026-08-13

Fixes an issue where hours above 80 couldn't be saved - roster and FIFO workers can now log their full fortnight.

Make sure your 88/179 days count!
And, stay All Good ;)

### 1.7.3 — 2026-08-12

This update improves day counting : a calendar week now caps at 7 days, and saving twice by accident no longer inflates your total.
It also handles salaried payslips better, and lets you pick the town behind your postcode so your Journey shows where you actually worked.

Make sure your 88 /179 days count!
And stay All Good :)
