Watch out if you are trying to find a way to access Sonnet 4.  Even after using the in-app subscription, it sill is only using the Sonnet 3.5 model.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service and the instability of the application.

**Service:** The responses provided are shallow, incomplete, and incorrect. It is not sufficient for you to respond by stating that you have no control over this, as I, as a user, can affirm that the quality of the chat responses has deteriorated.

**Instability:** The Llama 3 does not function, and neither does the Gemini.

I would like a review of my subscription. Otherwise, I will proceed with cancellation.

I think the app has a usecase but could use video tutorials on what is actually good and where limitations are. 

Maybe they (video tutorials) are out there but I couldn't find any.
