Terrible customer service. Long delays just to process an order. The locked me out of my account because I cancelled my order. Not sure if this is even legal, I wanted to log back into my account to verify that my order was indeed canceled and that I wasn’t charged for anything, I also wanted to delete my personal information before deleting the app from my phone. I am unable to do any of this because they will not allow me to log in. Very bad experience.

I have been trying to place an order and have spent over an hour on this and have not been able to complete. Finally got into and US flag pops up and can’t get pass this. I’m tired.
