What a terrible app and worse customer service! I made a reservation through the app 4 days prior to the date. I was told I would get priority by making rez through app. No one showed up! No one contacted me that they would be late. Once I called, was told would be another at least another 30 minutes. They sent car from the opposite end of the island. Few years ago I use to use them same issues miss my railroad when going in the city for appointments left me stranded no shows .. now here I’m the fool again and nothing have changed except their fancy logos and some new cars !! The worst customer service! They try to get you to pay a different price. Then want you to pay before your ride like Why am I paying before I get to my destination safety? The Supervisor is useless. It seems like I get in a problem with the drivers everytime I take this taxi!
