## What is All My Parts?

All My Parts is an AI journaling companion for people doing Internal Family Systems work. If you know what a protector does, if you've met an exile, if your therapist has ever asked "what does that part need from you," this is the between-session tool that was missing.

How it works

You open a session and start writing, or talking if voice is easier. As you journal, the AI listens for which parts are speaking: the manager keeping you productive at all costs, the firefighter running interference, the exile underneath it all. It reflects them back and asks the questions an IFS-aware therapist would ask. It doesn't hand you answers, it helps you get curious.

Every time a new part surfaces, it gets its own card in your Parts library: a name, a role (Manager, Firefighter, Exile), the traits you've noticed, and a history of when it's shown up. Over time you build a map of your inner system, not as a concept but as actual tracked data.

On Saturdays, Pro subscribers get a weekly synthesis: which parts were most active, what triggered them, what patterns are repeating. It reads like notes from a thoughtful observer, not a chatbot summary. If you want to go deeper, Ask All My Parts lets you query your own journals, like "when was the last time I noticed my critic," and get an answer grounded in what you've actually written.

Journal at your own pace. A session ends when you're ready to stop.

Designed for IFS specifically

All My Parts is built around Richard Schwartz's Internal Family Systems model. The AI's vocabulary is IFS vocabulary. The logic. This isn't a generic AIjournaling app with "parts" bolted on. IFS is the architecture.

- Faster post-entry analysis
- Smoother screen transitions and small fixes throughout
