I’ve run into some really annoying bugs with the app. I just had to re-verify an external account and after doing so it messed up all of my accounts on my dashboard so can only see my LCU savings and my external checking account…very annoying since my pay goes into my LCU checking and I can’t see it now I also can’t see my external savings. Also the app crashes all of the time and at the worst possible moments, like during a transfer. Also why does the app not have an apple widget yet. When you go to transfer and hit review transfer sometimes it freezes and gets stuck on that page. When I fully close the app it does not solve the issue it requires me to fully power off my phone in order to be able to transfer. Also, it randomly likes to log me out when I open the app after awhile. I understand this may be for security reasons, but I feel that its more annoying than helpful. Additionally, today when I opened the app instead of giving me the update screen or the usual terms of service screen or like some special service their offering it was just code, random phrases, and words that I could not tap off of. I had to fully close the app and then when I reopened the app it had logged me out of my account which was very frustrating. However, I gt really upset when the app freezes when transfering money from savings to checking. It will get stuck on the transfer page right when its about to pet you submit. The only thing that fixes it is completely turning my phone on and off again. Also, sometimes the app will just randomly log you out of it and removes the fingerprint option to sign in. Needs to be fixed asap.
