Returns are pathetic. Once you buy you are done. The website will not show any option to place returns. 4. No customer service. 5. No voice/ message support. 6. Same product will have different prices every other day on the name of discounts. They will show the price doubled and then offer 50% discount😃. Search options are so primitive and not at all dynamic and intuative. So many bugs in app. App very now and then gives a notification of app being updated and to update the app and when directed to the App Store there is no upgrade option! Extremely frustrating and pathetic considering the cutting edge digital technologies available in today’s day and age. Such pathetic app and service not expected by a huge group like future group! ALL never seems to dissapoint in providing pathetic online experience- at least that one thing is consistent! Same product keeps popping every now and then in multiple search options and so limited stock to choose from from the online range. Worst thing is there is no exchange option and so m one has to go for refund and then re-buy the item and now the discount would also not be there since one would be purchasing a stand alone item whose total would be less than the offer! Also the refund is not even timely! I’m still waiting for mine after 10+ business days!
