And following directions. When doing so it said that I’d get $15 credit. Well, that doesn’t get applied to monthly washes, so you have to buy extras, like treats, to use the money. I seem to remember is saying it was $15 off the first month. Secondly, you can sign up for service via app, but there is no way to cancel. Instead you have to email or call a number. If you can sign me up and take my money though an online form you should be able to cancel. It would be great if someone could reach out to me to fix the issue because I can’t seem to find customer service . They walked me through the process and have made everything right for me! I highly recommend using this wash for your dogs! Got into the app and purchased $90 to be placed in the “wallet” for future dog washes. Got to the site and was absolutely unable to use this app to use the prepaid money that had been purchased earlier. Ended up purchasing yet another dog wash! I’m more than a little frustrated and annoyed. Not user friendly at all!
