A round robin and knockout tournament manager for all sporting events. Organize round robin match schedules for singles, doubles and team events. Create a double elimination or single elimination knockout tournament and include a consolation bracket for 1st round losers. Or play a group pools round robin tournament with a knockout bracket for the group winners. KEY FEATURES: - Multiple tournaments/grades can be run in parallel. - Customise your locations for each match. - Set your our own colour scheme (darker colours work best). - Schedule the start times for each round. - Maintain a list of individuals/teams. - Record scores for each match (for up to 3 sets/games). - Generate and share a report containing all tournament details including the scores and leaderboard. - Support for iCloud sync to keep your devices up to date with the latest results. Round Robin: - Choice of singles, doubles and team round robin tournaments. - Option to include a finals playoff at the end of the rounds. - Includes bye rounds for singles and team tournaments if odd number of players. Each team/player will play every other team/player once for singles and team tournaments. For a doubles tournament, each player will partner with each other player once and play against each player twice. This cycle can be repeated up to 4 times. Knockout: - Single elimination format where 1st round losers drop out or a consolation format where 1st round losers move to consolation bracket - Double elimination format where main draw losers get a second chance in the elimination bracket - Players/teams can be seeded - Up to 32 players in a knockout event. Group Pools: - 2, 4 or 8 groups. - Players can be randomly or manually assigned to a group pool. - Top 1 or 2 players to playoff with option of bottom 1 or 2 players to consolation bracket. 1. PARTICIPANTS The Participant view is segmented by participant details and tournaments. • Participant Details: -Individuals and Teams. Whilst adding individuals, you decide if you also want to add a player photo, record a grade, email address and phone number. For teams, you can add a team photo, grade and a captain. You can also select individuals to be included in the team. • Tournaments: This view displays all tournaments that the selected individual/team is participating in. • Stats: This view provides a summary of wins/losses/draws by tournament with drill down to matches. 2. The bracket table is clear and easy to follow, with a simple layout and well-designed boxes showing progression. I also love that each match lets you enter actual scores rather than just picking a “winner.” With this great update, there’s really only one thing left on my wish list: the option to run round robin and knockout tournaments with just 3 players, instead of the current minimum of 4. That way I wouldn’t need to add a “dummy” participant. I’m not sure how tricky it would be to implement, but it would make the app feel complete for me. **Developer response:** Thank you for your review. We have taken onboard your comments and have provided the requested update in v4.5. ### 1/5 — This is ridiculous *2025-02-06* I got this app and it looked great but when I open it up I could only create one tournament and there was a limited number of teams that I could do before paying and the prices are crazy high. I highly recommend not getting this app. It’s a waste of time. **Developer response:** Is your review for All-play-All Round Robin? There is NO limit to the number of teams you can create, and you receive full functionality to create a tournament for free. You can run as many tournaments as you desire. The only reasons you need to upgrade is if you want to retain tournament history or print a report. Few applications offer this level of functionality at no cost. The monthly fee (for example) of $2.99 is hardly a crazy high price! Please think twice before unnecessarily trashing an app that’s been around for years and has been continuously improved. ### 5/5 — Everyone Wants This! *2025-01-09* We run weekly round robins with a lot of visitors playing in them. Every single week we have someone ask us for this app. We gladly share it because it’s an incredible app AND the developer is amazing. I got it on my Phone( which is kinda broken) and I was able to do two tournaments. What is the limit of tournaments without paying? Or my phone is so broken, it allows me to do two tournaments. There is a 1 month free trial available on the monthly & yearly subscription where you can have unlimited tournaments. ### 5/5 — Near perfection *2023-07-15, version 3.6* Highly versatile yet very easy to use and navigate, everything is fast and snappy only thing missing I feel is the ability to run double elimination brackets, currently have to use a cheaper inferior app for that but would love it to be all in one place in this app ### 5/5 — Great for Pickleball Round Robins *2022-10-25* Works great, and makes it easy to print sheets out for extra viewing, or sending them out to people’s phones. I run round robins 4-5 times a week and this has been the preferred app. I just wish I could run two instances of the app at the same time! iPadOS lets you do that now, and wish they could update this app to do that. ### 5/5 — High Quality App *2022-08-18* I have been very impressed with this app and the developer has been very responsive and added some great updates. I use this on our annual Stake Pickleball tournaments and it makes a great round robin doubles tournament. I wish that you could edit the participants after the matches are generated and it would be cool if it could make an online web page that was updated after each round is update for the participants to use. Hopefully this is what you are looking for. Unfortunately the Whist Cyclic algorithm does not allow for schedules for say 6 or 7 players.
