Can I not just have physical tickets, or at least have them on my email anymore? Screw whoever came up with this idea and screw you , all points east! ### 1/5 — ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL! *2024-08-20, version 11.0.4* Truly awful situation, so me and my partner work very hard and aren’t on that much money but we wanted to come and see an artist at the event. We were working that morning and got to the event before the act came on we were stood at the entrance as the artist took to the stage. We were then told that we needed to download the app in order to get the ticket but thousands of people trying to download an app all at once made this extremely difficult to achieve. We were stood at the gate for 40 minutes trying to download the app in order to sort out the tickets, after all the double verifications, the long waiting time of the the app downloading, we were so stressed out. No one told us that we needed an app or we downloaded it prior to getting into the venue. We then went to the customer service ticket office where the woman took 15 minutes to find our tickets then when I said well we’ve got the tickets here from Ticketmaster, which is the biggest selling platform in the UK for selling event tickets, she then looked at us shocked and said oh it was Ticketmaster, and found our tickets then we had to queue up again for a further 10-15mins and get through the security that discriminated against my partner pulling the dog by my partner and was angry when the dog didn’t bark AS WE HAD NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ON US, by this point that act was on their final 30 seconds of performing and my partner was in tears as this was a really special artist to them being that they lost a family member recently and they wanted to see the show as a final goodbye for them personally. The ticket management system was absolutely deplorable and I can’t believe we paid 190 quid to see 30 seconds of the artist that we paid to see when there was absolutely no need for it they could see that we’d ordered Ticketmaster tickets they could see that there was two tickets yet they decided to say nope you need the QR code on the app. We left feeling robbed, scammed and extremely upset at this situation. All points should be ashamed of themselves and as I can see from the reviews on here, I’m not the only one this happened to. Disgraceful. Absolutely disgraceful. ### 1/5 — Tickets, *2024-08-20* The whole point of this thing is to gain access to the event. Bought the ticket in December last year and it’s nowhere to be found. I keep on going in circles to places offering tickets to buy. Bit tired of these engines for ticket purchasing. I literally cannot find the ‘My tickets’ bit of the app. If it’s there it’s really well hidden. I bought my ticket on Dice. I have the email from Dice saying the ticket is on the APE app, and I can find it under ‘My tickets’, but there is no such section, and nowhere for me to log in. ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-02-03* there is no where to login, no where to find my tickets. Purchase email says one thing but whatever they tell you to do is not on this app whatsoever! ### 1/5 — awful *2025-11-24* i bought my ticket off an app called DICE and i can’t find where to log in because the help is telling me to go to my tickets to log in but i can’t find that without logging in and i reinstalled the app 3 times ### 1/5 — Cleo Sol fake timetable *2025-08-16* The official schedule announced that Cleo Sol, Sault, and Chronixx would perform on the main stage between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm. Based on this information, I arranged my arrival accordingly, even though I had work commitments, and reached the festival site at 7:40 pm. To my surprise, Chronixx was already performing at that time. After his set, two unrelated artists appeared on stage after around 9:00 pm, at which point, since there was no further schedule provided. I assumed the festival had ended and I had missed the main acts, so I went home completely upset. Only later I did learn that Cleo Sol and Sault in fact performed afterwards. This was extremely disappointing and unacceptable, as we specifically bought my ticket to see these artists and missed them entirely due to the inaccurate and misleading schedule provided by the festival. Moreover, the schedule for the main stage on the All Point East app was adjusted after the concert as originally appeared to be 5-9pm and magically then was extended till 11pm - only after the event! ### 1/5 — Too much spam *2025-08-15, version 12.0.2* Lots of spam for a ticket app ### 1/5 — Won’t let me log in *2025-08-14* This app is very difficult to use I have changed my password twice because it won’t let me login. The iOS keyboard is covering the “Continue” button and cannot be dismissed, so you cannot proceed and you cannot sell the tickets. Downloaded it and got my tickets fine and throughout the event I got notifications letting me know when artists were on. Funny thing is it shows 4 tickets instead of two.
