Looking forward to classes that coordinate water exercises with music. Most are boring & cold even though the instructor is really nice & knowledgeable. Just not something I enjoy. Thankfully Steph is still doing Aqua Zumba but wish another class could be added. I personally miss the 1:15 Monday class.

I wish somewhere on this site was a schedule set up like the one that is printed up. It has all the areas of expertise so to speak in one place.

Maryanne is an excellent instructor. I’m new with body issues and she has walked me through my new experience with yoga. I force myself to get out of the house because she makes it a very enjoyable experience.

I just joined and I can’t be happier. 
Classes are great and most importantly the gym is spotless.
