I have downloaded some songs o.k. but a couple will not download even though the money has been taken for them.Let It Be and Brown Eyed Girl. Also, with the guitar I was given a voucher for 10 songs in a pack ,which are not available . ### 3/5 — Lefty function does not work *2014-01-27* The lefty button does not work. I wanted to enjoy this product, but if the lefty button doesn't work, I have wasted my money. And why the heck do you show to buy songs by the famous artists and they aren't sung by the real artist. Not nice, I don't like being mislead. I'm up at 1:30 am because I couldn't wait to learn and there's no follow the lights to learn, or even to strum on time. ### 4/5 — Für den Anfang ganz gut *2013-01-19, version 1.4* Die "on board" sounds sind zum Üben ganz ok. Am Besten klingt es jedoch mit der WI Guitar App. Da kommt auch die Genialität zu tragen, das die abgerufenen Akkord-Kadenzen sofort mit den Leuchttasten der All Star Gitarre am Griffbrett angezeigt werden. Das Üben eigener oder bekannter Songs war noch nie leichter. Ich übe sehr gern Stücke an der All Star ein, um sie dann wenn ich fit bin auf einer echten Gitarre zu spielen. Ersetzt so manches Song- oder Chordbook. Im Preis für die In App Song Tutorials hat man sich jedoch vergriffen. Die muss man aber nicht unbedingt haben, da die Gitarre ja die Tabulaturen erleuchtet beim Einsatz der WI Guitqr App. Bitte noch einen Reverse Chord Finder einbauen !!!! D. h. Vom User gegriffene Chords am Griffbrett sollten von der App erkannt und angezeigt werden. Dies nur im Sinn einer Akkordanalyse. Das würde die Transkription eigener Songs erleichtern. I was really looking forward to using this app along with the midi controller I purchased to learn some guitar songs but it looks like I've just wasted my money. Free would be "Here's a dowload link, go and download your songs" I can't fully review the app as I can't download the so called free songs so here's what I'll say, it seems to function and connect to the controller. ### 1/5 — Más timos en App Store *2015-06-22, version 1.4* Apple, deberíais prohibir de una vez apps "gratuitas" que una vez descargadas "gratis" te piden pagar para poder usarlas. The guitar remains on this setting for some strange reason and it can't really be fixed. I do want to let people know that a counter solution to this is to flip the iPad in the opposite direction of the lefty orientation and then lock the screen using an iPad or INTERNAL iPod touch setting. Presto' it works. Fun toy and as a gutair player it is close to real with minior technology errors. ### 5/5 — How to fix the lefty mode + Review *2013-12-23* I at first doubted the product and insisted on sending it back because of the reviews and my wifi, but after playing with the settings and no device with my phone. Doing this I thought of how the phone is positioned when it is plugged in to the device. How To Fix It. 1. Open the app 2. Position the phone right 3. Righty: E string is up 4. Then portrait lock screen 5. That's it, enjoy So after finding this out I decided to keep it and have some fun at my desk. So read this review and I would full on recommend this if you want something to mess with. Не просто на грифе кнопки зажимая, а именно как на гитаре, чтобы было похоже на Misa Kitara, вот тогда бы это была стоящая вещь!!! Нужна дополнительная программа способная соединить любой iOS-синтезатор и xy-контроллер, чтобы получилась настоящая Kitara, только из iPad ### 5/5 — Stoked *2013-03-29* I haven't even got the guitar yet but downloaded the app. Have played for years and intend to use this to teach some family members how to play. The lights should be great. I got the guitar for 32 bucks from groupon! No way this is going to disappoint unless broken. The reason I'm writing this review now is reading the complaints of it always switching lefty. I have taken some time to mess with the app without the guitar and it does want to flip. While this may be a flaw in the app, it is easily remedied by going to your general settings, change slide switch (the one next to volume button) to lock rotation. There you go! Happy strumming. Warum wird die Software nicht an die Werbung angepasst. Eine speicherbare Einstellung für den Seitenabstand währe eine große Hilfe. Ich hatte vor dem Kauf der ION Guitar schon die Musikpackete gekauft könne jetzt mit dem Gutschein aber nicht die versprochenen 10 Songs Laden. Und die Gekauften Songs lassen seich seit ich ein IPad4 habe auch nicht mehr Laden. Besonders bedauerlich finde ich das sich der Support für dieses Problem nicht interessiert.
