I have been an annual subscriber. My annual fee of $149 was paid in April. They updated the platform, and they have revoked all of my access to the paid content. They want me to pay another $300 to get content access (that I already paid for!) It is too expensive. I have tried reaching out to customer service, and they said I no longer have a subscription (that I paid for 2 months ago!). **Developer response:** Hi, this is Anastasia, the founder. I'm so sorry for this experience, and I want to clear it up, because this is not how we work. You paid for your subscription, and you will receive exactly what you paid for. Nobody has to pay twice. Here's what happened: at the beginning of the year we moved from our old app to a completely new platform. Subscriptions through Apple don't transfer automatically, and we have no access to them on our side, which is why the new platform couldn't see your payment. That's a limitation of the transition, not us revoking your access. The fix is simple: send us a screenshot of your Apple subscription (Settings, your name, Subscriptions) to support@allyoucanface.com, and we'll restore your full access to match your paid period, until April 2027 if that's what your renewal covers.
