Company post fake reviews everywhere to minimize the bad ones. Bottom Line do business with and you will only stand to regret it.. It will cost you money and you will get no business from it! Those are the facts. Complete time waster! ### 1/5 — It’s a Dead App *2023-07-20, version 12.9* Very disappointed. This is a great concept, but they don’t seem to be any actual professionals providing services in my area. I posted three different jobs, and only one provider a submitted a proposal for any of them. My cleaning job was 1 hour/ week and a provider with zero experience, reviews, supplies, or equipment but plenty of bad attitude immediately demanded $70. No introduction, no conversation, no questions. I think she was a child. Waste of time. ### 1/5 — Bad business *2022-04-19, version 9.5* I liked the idea of their business, giving immediate help easy to make happen. But once the app malfunctioned before letting me pay the housekeeper, the customer service didn’t respond in an amount of time that I felt was appropriate to let her go unpaid, I paid her, and requested the job be canceled. THE APP CHARGED ME ANYWAYS EVEN AFTER A PHONE CONVERSATION AND EMAILS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. They won’t retract the charge. Now that’s bad business! ### 1/5 — Totally useless app *2022-03-21, version 9.0* Save yourself time - don’t bother to download it. I could not even sign on - probably a bunch of scammers created this app. ### 1/5 — The app stopped working *2022-02-05, version 8.93* I was sharing info about my project and the app cold stopped working. It does not open, but the contractor is still trying to chat. He does not know that the app will NOT allow me to communicate with him-argh… I finally thought that I found the right person to do the job. The app needs to improve. ### 1/5 — Conceptually great *2021-10-04, version 8.81* There is no explanation of how the company is backing/ guaranteeing the work of the contractors that bid. When you chat with contractors who has submitted the bid they give little to no information about their company or other information. If this app has to work, it should reveal the details of the contractors bidding , provide a formal contract of how the app will guarantee the quality of work and list out the process of how to file a non satisfactory claim - this will build legitimacy and trust in the app and it’s process . I was able to quickly compare prices and find a service provider who was available to come out immediately.
