### 4/5 — App

*2018-08-17*

Love the app as the entire team can communicate. However, if there’s a problem, it’s hard to contact help. But, always eventually fixed....except once. I just had to give up and use another access.

It's a handy app for finding something to do on the weekend like sporting events, conventions etc. it could be very useful for groups such as bowling leagues to create a calendar so all the members easily keep up with their next game date.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Glitchy and impossible for most users

*2019-12-09*

I attempted to use this app for a weekly golf game. Setup 1 calendar and invites 22 people. Only 4 could get the install to work on iPhone the rest gave up. The app would start up and then immediately shut down on 2 of the iPhones. Deleting and reinstalling does nothing to remedy. Some of the basic needs aren’t front and center - RSVP list is buried, with ticketed event there’s no way to manually assign a ticket to a person, no “who’s going” list, SMS invites don’t work. Your mileage may vary.

**Developer response:** Hello,

First of all, sorry for the late response. Our app should be perfect for your golf game. Please try it again and you can contact us at support@allcal.com if you have any issues.

You should create a single calendar and invite all of your golf partners to this single calendar then begin creating events on this calendar and without any additional effort all golfers will see and be notified of these events and any change to these events. You and any manager of the calendar may modify the events or RSVP of any golfer.
Using tickets, one may charge for a particular golf game.

### 1/5 — OVERPRICED

*2015-02-26*

For this app to be functional enough to use you HAVE to upgrade to the annually paid version. Also it needs a web based version that syncs so that those family members without access to apps can also use it. All that said its NOT worth the price to me.

### 2/5 — Decent idea, BUT...

*2017-03-15, version 3.5*

Outdated content and UX. Looking forward to data sweep/integrity issues being addressed and forward movement on accessibility.

### 2/5 — ALLCAL Potential.

*2016-11-21, version 3.2.3*

The app is interesting but it has many problems. It loses data then it reappears at a later time. Some data disappears and never returns. It seems to be a work in progress. The potential is unlimited but issues will need to be fixed.

### 2/5 — Very basic but good

*2015-01-02*

I use it to share my music gigs/bookings with my band, basic but serves its purpose well. Shame it can't be personalised much. The option to change the cover photo doesn't work, gives you the option to choose a photo from your library or take one with your camera but nothing happens which ever option you choose. I would love to add my band pic to this.

### 3/5 — Can’t add the users

*2022-03-16*

I don’t see continue button while adding people. Using IPhone 13 Max

### 3/5 — Nice alternative, not much else

*2017-02-05, version 3.4.1*

Considering the stock calendar can more or less do the same thing, it seems like a step-up. There's enough to make it different from the app, but at the end of the day it's still just a calendar app and they're a dime a dozen. But considering it's free, what's there to lose?

### 3/5 — A nice app, with slight functionality issues

*2016-12-18, version 3.2.3*

Not being able to click on links in the iOS version of the app is a bit of a problem.
Some slight functionality issues persist, but in general, a nice app

### 3/5 — Could be very useful

*2014-07-04, version 1.3*

This calendar could be great, unique, useful. I'd love to see an iPad version. Also, when creating/editing an event, the "recurring" feature is not there, yet it's there when you view the event. And I like how you can copy an event to a different calendar but what would've super helpful is to be able to go into a single event and pick all the calendars at once I'd like it added to.

I am dying to find a calendar I can use for each person in my family. With a few more tweaks, this might be it.

### 4/5 — Great app with amazing customer service

*2019-08-07*

We used Allcal for a week long event. We hosted several workout classes a day for a week, and Allcal helped facilitate the sign ups and schedule. With any new company and event, we had some growing pains, that’s to be expected, but I am excited to see how we can implement some changes for next year! Reid on the sales team was awesome and overseeing the project and stepping in when needed, and Willie on the implementation team was AMAZING at accommodating our requests. Looking forward to working with the Allcal team again next year!

### 5/5 — Issues

*2023-09-02*

I’ve used the app in the past but now it deletes all my calendars and when I click into something it crashes, I’ve tried deleting the app and redownloading, turning on and off my phone…hopefully someone can get back to me to see what can be done. But when it did work it was really good…

### 5/5 — Great app for every scheduling individual

*2018-11-10*

This has been very helpful for me as a start up business owner.

### 5/5 — This application is keeping me on track!

*2018-11-01*

I love this events reminder app. As a new partner, it’s easy to feel confused and overwhelmed. This events site keeps me on track to up and coming events, seminars, trainings and important updates. It’s my mobile calendar “ on the go! “

### 5/5 — Awesome app

*2017-08-08*

Easy to use and very helpful. A great way to stay connected and plan your conference. Easy access to presentation review.

### 5/5 — Excellent!

*2017-08-07*

The app was very functional yet user-friendly. It even allows for the user to create personal calendars based on the conference events! Would use it again for sure!

### 5/5 — A hidden gem

*2017-08-03*

The flexibility of this platform extends high-end functionality to small budget projects. The event scheduling interface is easy for non-techies to use and the additional features like chat and the ability to add in various links make a conference or church calendar look polished. Wee interface is easy to navigate too!

### 5/5 — Throw Away the Paper Pamphlets and Brochures!

*2017-05-01*

Allcal is a lifesaver! It's convenient, user-friendly and fast. So much better having the event schedule at my fingertips than keeping up with paper. Didn't have to worry about having wifi because once downloaded it's not internet dependent. The chat feature let convention veterans and other attendees answer questions not in the schedule of events as well as what was happening yet not premeditated. Without Allcal I would've been lost and with it I found what I would've otherwise missed out on.

### 5/5 — so helpful!

*2017-04-30, version 3.6.1*

what would I have done without this app at Rupaul's DragCon?? not only did I know where EVERY ONE of my FAVORITE queens was at what time, I made new friends through the chat feature in the days leading up to the event! so nice to have the opportunity to meet other weirdos like me :) I will continue to use the app for my own personal events as well! there is truly no other app like it.

### 5/5 — So Helpful!

*2017-01-30, version 3.4.1*

My college organization has been using this app to organize our events, and it is so helpful! Everyone knows when and where our events are, and people can RSVP. There are some great features. It's a great app for large groups.

### 5/5 — Awesome

*2017-01-30, version 3.4.1*

This app is awesome! Perfect when working with a group of people. It is loaded with different options & keeps everything so organized. It's a must have!
