Contacted developer with it not working. Say they reply within a minute. Laughable! Still not working today. I don’t even know where to begin. 1) I think the biggest issue is that the hours on the dashboard do not match with the hours on the timesheets. I have sat down multiple times and figured out the hours by the clock in and clock out times. The hours that they have for how many hours worked is wrong also. Wonder why the dashboard is always off. 2) I’m so sick of deleting the app. This happens multiple times a week and day. So then you have employees clocking in or out late. This isn’t good when you have multiple workers. 3) when clocking in or out and it says your information isn’t found. But you know it is right. So you have to delete the app and reinstall. 4) clocking in or out and it isn’t the correct time. This happens a lot and then employees are short hours. 5) clocking in and it says someone is already clocked in with a client and there isn’t anyone else clocked in. 6) is frozen at the clock in or out screen. So you have to delete it and reinstall it. 7) always getting error codes. So then you have to either log out and log back in. If that doesn’t work delete the app and reinstall it. It would be a great app if things got fixed. I wish there was away for when logging in that the user name could have a drop down for multiple employees names. So all they have to do is click on their name and type in their password. ### 1/5 — Won’t open *2025-01-11, version 3.0.1* Had a recent update and now it won’t open. ### 1/5 — A lot of Issues with App *2024-10-25, version 2.0.70* This app has a lot of issues and it’s a lot of buttons to click. There needs to be a faster way where employees can clock in out. The app also logs you out randomly or a please wait icon pops up and loads for a while. I would never use this app if I didn’t have to. Please fix it. Also, sometimes this is my GPS is not accurate.
