## What is AllDay Recorder?

AllDay Recorder records your conversations on iPhone and Apple Watch, transcribes them right on your iPhone, and lets you find anything that was said by searching for words. Meetings, client calls in person, doctor visits, classes, family moments — never miss what matters.

■ iPhone or Apple Watch
• iPhone’s microphone captures clear audio — set it on the table for meetings and appointments
• On Apple Watch, just raise your wrist and tap — record while walking or commuting
• Recordings from both end up on your iPhone, organized together
• Keeps recording with the screen locked and saves automatically every 5 minutes

■ On-device transcription
• Apple’s built-in speech recognition, plus downloadable high-accuracy open-source models (Whisper, Qwen3-ASR, SenseVoice)
• Japanese, Chinese, and English
• Everything is transcribed on your iPhone — recordings are never sent to a server
• Tap any sentence to play from there; skip silence automatically; 0.5×–2× playback

■ Find and organize
• Keyword search and meaning-based search to find what was said
• Day-by-day timeline, calendar picker, and favorites
• AI writes meeting minutes, visit notes, negotiation records, lecture notes, and daily reviews
• Ask AI questions like “How did the doctor tell me to take the medicine?” and get answers with links to the original words
• Mark important moments and jump right back to them later

■ Keep a record
• SHA-256 checksum recorded for every audio file
• Export an evidence report (PDF) plus original audio and checksum files
• Export as text, PDF, SRT subtitles, CSV, or one merged audio file

■ Privacy
• No account needed. No ads or analytics. We have no servers and collect no data
• AI features use on-device Apple Intelligence by default. If you use your own API key with an outside AI service, data is sent only after you review and agree
• Location recording is off by default

■ Free and Pro
Free to download, with unlimited recording even in the free version.
• Free: built-in iPhone transcription (up to 30 minutes of recordings per day), view and search the last 7 days, AI features once a day, text export
• Pro (one-time purchase, no subscription): high-accuracy models, unlimited transcription time, full history, unlimited AI, every export format
• New users can try every Pro feature free for 7 days. You won’t be charged when the trial ends

■ Please note
• Follow the law and respect others’ privacy when recording; get consent when needed
• Downloaded models transcribe while the app is open
• On-device AI features require an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence
