＊ 推桿式機械式重訓器材：適合亞洲人體型，簡易好操作，初學者非常好上手 （腹部核心、手臂、前胸、後背、腿部、臀部等多樣化訓練器材） 

＊ 自由重訓區：多種Freeweight器材滿足運動進階者的全方位訓練 （深蹲架、多功能訓練架、史密斯、Cable、壺鈴、藥球、三項訓練） 

＊ 團體課程區：會員獨享免費多元運動團體課程（瑜珈課程、舞蹈課程、拳擊課程、循環訓練、階梯有氧）
