I opened the app to see if I had one because I recently purchased a service. No such gift card and got an email today about the mishap ### 1/5 — Bait and switch *2025-02-11, version 8.13.0* I was given a $100 off coupon when I first signed up. I went to use the coupon and the site frozen and reloaded and the coupon switched to a $20 off one. I had screenshot the coupon, so I emailed customer service and showed them the coupon. They said the coupon said “up to $100” even though it very clearly did not. Customer service was dismissive and I lost out on $80. ### 2/5 — Redemption Offers Disappeared *2025-01-31, version 8.13.0* With the latest update, all of my redemption offers completely disappeared. SCAM ### 1/5 — Loyalty program *2025-01-22, version 8.13.0* Worst ever ### 2/5 — No Point in Using Allē for Botox Anymore! *2024-11-28* Allē recently changed the way it works. Now, instead of being able to use your points at your next Botox treatment as a cash discount, you have to first earn 1,200 points in order to redeem for any cash. And starting in 2025, that will go up to 1,500. Basically, they don’t think that people are buying enough Botox and they want you to load up for, I don’t know, the Botox apocalypse? What do I need a million units of Botox for? I get what I get to look the way I want. AND, you can only redeem the points once a year during ONE treatment! So, I guess you better load your face up all at one time…? **Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to share your experience! They actually “STEAL YOUR Hard - EARNED DISCOUNTS‼️ So when you decide to be treated and are depending on those points for your needed and appreciated discount THE 800 - 1200points were literally DISCARDED‼️ Moreover , ALLE is Actually Deciding WHEN it’s time for YOUR Treatment? That’s A-Travesty! As the POINTS were EARNED Already🙄 There’s No Point in trying to Contact them as They haven’t any Workforce in the area of Customer Service ! So disappointing! Whose idea was it to remove the concept of exchanging points for money off a service, and replacing it with exchanging points for services AND then charging injector fees? I looked forward to getting a few dollars off from time to time, but now I need to be on some “A list” and other unnecessary nonsense. These are changes no patient asked for. I bet this is only to benefit the pockets of the businesses. ### 1/5 — GC Share Process is annoying *2024-08-16, version 8.8.1* A Gift card shared from a family member did not automatically go into my wallet. It’s annoying that the process cannot be streamlined and more user-friendly. The phone rep, Carol, was friendly and helpful throughout my call to straighten out the situation. ### 3/5 — Its a brick *2024-08-16, version 8.8.1* Says any phone number I enter isn’t available App isn’t smart enough to know if you already opened an account and have a phone number on file. So if you have opened an account but haven’t logged in in a long time or are trying to register as a new account it just says not available rather than this number is already being used. ### 1/5 — Too many bugs *2024-06-27, version 8.7.4* Won’t download after reading all the recent reviews. Please don’t use Ai as it’s glitchy and perhaps may be the cause of all the issues people re encountering . When it’s fixed I may download but meanwhile will only give provider my member number and they can do it all on their computer at the office or just use a private browser . So in the end it's really only an $8 discount. Alle, just say $8 discount. ### 1/5 — can’t download *2026-05-17, version 8.24.0* I have close to 500 points that are close to expiring and Apple is not allowing me to download the app without entering payment information. That doesn’t seem to make any sense to me. ### 1/5 — Can not access *2026-01-28, version 8.20.0* I had an account and no longer can access No information on my end has changed. I am. Or receiving a code When I called customer service they could not help me either I am just unable to access my account and no one can figure it out ### 1/5 — Terrible *2025-11-01, version 8.19.1* Why are people so willing to waive their right to medical privacy just to score some rewards? The App tells you they collect this information and share it and you must acknowledge and agree your sensitive info will not be protected by HIPAA. I wanted to decline but accidentally hit the wrong button on the next screen. I’m a doctor. I would never agree to share my medical information. They make it very hard to cancel your account. You can’t do it in the app. You must “request” they do it for you. They will not communicate with you. They will not acknowledge they’ve processed your request. This is a terrible business model. Professionally I will never condone nor work with this company. Keep your rewards Alle. I’ll pay full price before I sell myself to you. ### 1/5 — Used to be the game, now just a player… *2025-10-13* When Botox was the game, they could afford to behave the way they insist on behaving… now not so much. You too can switch to another option, and receive actual customer service. Allē continued to not add my points, and claim system errors, with no recourse. Now the choices for injectables are a plenty, and you don’t have to put up with mediocrity. 17 years of loyalty from me, and I happily jumped companies when the new options work with less side effects, and better customer service. Get it together Allē. ### 1/5 — Horrible Customer Service *2025-08-23* Their recent promotion broke their website. There were so many technical difficulties, including my order not going through. I took a screen shot of the screen that incorrectly said I wasn’t eligible because I had already purchased the promotion. I contacted customer service and sent them the screen shot. They apologized for the “frustration caused by their technical difficulties” but refused to honor the promotion and allow me to complete the purchase of my gift card. Their promotions are like a Black Friday sale at the mall used to be… you have to fight for the privilege of spending your money with them. Worst customer service!! ### 1/5 — Terrible customer service *2025-07-06, version 8.16.0* I’m will never use alle again. I was unaware that my points expire, and I had $80 worth disappear. I called customer care, and they said they would do $20 as a curtesy. Something about you only have a certain amount of time to ask for a refund of your points. I was unaware of any of this. I requested they refunded all since I had to spend a lot of money in order to receive those points and was never told any of that (whoever signs you up should lead with hey these expire). The representative said I would be having a manager contact me. I never had anyone reach out and never got the $20 refunded. Awful ### 1/5 — Bad *2025-05-23, version 8.15.0* The app does not work for me. My coupon does not show up and it always gives me an error saying having a hard time pulling your information. I give it a one star at best ### 1/5 — Alle rewards *2025-03-27, version 8.14.0* The rewards program isn’t great. To you don’t really get anything good for being an A list member. Just a little money off. Was contemplating having eye surgery. Was talking about this with one of my daughters that was already experimenting with Botox. She had suggested for me to try this first before I do such an invasive thing by going under the knife messing with my eyes. When I say this has been a life changer for me is an understatement. Not only has it helped my eye but also cured any headaches that I had previously gotten and has improved my appearance by 15 yrs younger. Botox is amazing. I am so thankful I have added this to my life. Alle has so many other treatments and products to help with your everyday life/ health, it really is amazing.
