There is a whole line of things in the settings area that can take you to a website, it seems bulky an odd to send someone to a website for any function while they are in the very app from that company. Revealing only a few transactions at a time, sometimes it even partially hides a single day’s transactions, displaying the rest after another “Show More” click… Irritating experience. Prefer the simpler long list display like the previous version had. This app. Horrible. The quick view widget NEVER updates. Constantly have to sign in to see your balance. This deserves zero stars. I hate it. I hate it. I HATE IT!!! When I try to log in I end up on a screen that says my phone has been detected by a certain cell tower close to me then asks if this my phone. I click yes then it says there is an error sending the request. That’s as far as I get. I’ve talked to customer service and that was a waste of time. Time to move my money elsewhere. ### 1/5 — Ruined everything. *2025-11-05, version 2026.1.7* Overall the new interface is hideous. The app itself is just all around garbage now. Can’t even use the app properly on my Apple Watch even when I have settings set to show quick balance on my watch and it still does not work. ### 1/5 — The new app is trash *2025-11-05, version 2026.1.7* The new app basically lines up with the direction Allegacy has been going in for years. They have has worse and worse customer service, moved customer service to India which they may has well not even have customer service at this point, and they made their app and web baking a disaster. I banked here for over 30 years. I’m happy I’m leaving now. This new app removed features like being able to send money to my parents who are also members. I used to be able to just find their account, now I can’t. This place is going down hill and they’re taking the app with it. ### 1/5 — Bad *2025-10-26, version 2026.1.7* They somehow made a bad app even worse with this last big update. The menus are extremely convoluted and take you in circles, and I had to google how to just find my card page, but the menu’s so awful that I already forgot how I did it. The app sent me a notification that it declined my card at a site that I tried to use it on, but gave me no direction on how to approve the transaction, not even a phone number to call, and I still haven’t figured it out. I now end up just going to the browser version of the website on my PC to do anything besides money transfers.
