Also, the forgot password or username links do NOTHING when you click them. No way to even login to this app. The company and app developers should be embarrassed. How is it 2024 and a company of this size has such a poor app? Very concerning that this is who handles my health insurance. ### 1/5 — This app is virtually worthless *2024-01-28* It never works for sign in. Now it uses my Face ID and/or I try to type in my password and it acts like it’s logging me in but brings me back to the login page. Extremely disappointing and frustrating. Can’t check my benefits or EOB because I can’t log in! I will change it next year! ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2023-01-01, version 2.2* My company just changed to Allegiance so I have attempted to login to the app and get set up. It accepts my username and password but when it sends me a text verification code and I enter it I’m brought back to the login page to re-enter my password. I re-enter my password then it asks me again to request a verification code and enter it, I do and it takes ne back to the login page to enter my password again. I played this frustrating circular game 4 times never getting into the app successfully. TERRIBLE APP! How is this even allowed on the App Store? App developers read your reviews and do better. ### 1/5 — Poor UI *2022-09-15* Cannot even login and the UI feels like we are back in the early days of mobile app development. You get a login screen, then it asks for a 2FA, you enter the response and it loops back to the login screen. Can’t make a useable app. ## Most praised reviews (3 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Upgrade Makes App Much Better *2021-12-30* Since the upgrade, I am able to do everything that I was hoping to do before, but couldn’t.
