However, I didn’t receive any call or update. The next day, I contacted customer care, and the representative was very helpful and asked me to wait another 24 hours or until the end of the day. In the evening, I called again, got to know the item had already been delivered. I was shocked, as I never received any call or the product itself. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I’m now unsure whether I’ll even get my money back.
