The app itself seemed user-friendly and had a good selection of products, but I encountered a significant issue when trying to complete the final payment for my order. Every time I proceeded to the payment option, the app would get stuck, making it impossible for me to complete the transaction. I attempted multiple times, thinking it might be a temporary glitch, but unfortunately, the problem persisted. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and addresses the technical issues with their app promptly. Until then, I cannot recommend using this app for making purchases, as the payment problems undermine the overall shopping experience. However, I didn’t receive any call or update. The next day, I contacted customer care, and the representative was very helpful and asked me to wait another 24 hours or until the end of the day. In the evening, I called again, got to know the item had already been delivered. I was shocked, as I never received any call or the product itself. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I’m now unsure whether I’ll even get my money back. I've ordered two products on 9th October, out of which one came on 12th, but because it was smaller in size, I returned the product, but on their server, it shows that my pickup is failed, and I haven't received any refund yet. Surprisingly, I haven't even received my second product even after being out for delievery since last 4 days. Better buy the product from other e-commerce apps, as they have better logistics capability.
