App was working fine and now nothing loads and just says “Gateway Timed Out.” It’s very slow and nothing is loading now, the app before it got updated was better.

I’ve been using this app for years to get tickets for movies and appreciated its intuitive and straight forward layout. The new update has overhauled everything, and it is unnervingly wretched. It is clunky, poorly designed, the UI is atrocious. The navigation features which once allowed you to sort and favorite by theatre, city, and date to swiftly to get to showtimes and tickets has been replaced by one long a litany of long lists of hyperlinks. It is basically web ui embedded in a mobile app and is not optimized for mobile use. I have no idea why they would nuke a great app, except perhaps due to switching third party app devs or maintainers—just a guess. What’s important is that now, when I get the inkling to see a movie, my experience is soured before stepping into the door. So much so that I won’t be casually opening the app on a whim to see what’s playing, because I will remember how essentially annoying they’ve made the process. Please consider changing back.

App does not work at all. Cannot view movie show times until 2 or 3 days prior if you’re lucky. Even then, you can’t even pay for the tickets as each server J tried blocks the site. It reads “suspicious source, phishing attempt for credit card information.”

Helpful for viewing times that’s about it. Bought tickets twice and they have not showed up in “recent purchases” or even emailed. DO NOT use to buy tickets. It’s just a scam for your money so they can deny entry at the theater. Terrible app

Since the recent update, I cannot purchase any tickets online and with the app. 🥲 I tried redownloading the app but it’s not working at all.

I use the app to buy tickets for my brother and I. We never had any problems buying seats or wheelchair spaces before the update. Since the new update on the app, it won’t let us pick the wheelchair spaces no more and it is frustrating.

Show is at 6:30pm but it’s 7pm and still has not start. Just be prepared to WAIT most likely your show will start 1hr later. Red Rock 10 needs a new manager ASAP!

The app doesn’t work, even though I have deleted the app more than once. Everytime I enter my card info the app doesn’t want to take it. It’s very frustrating when you are trying to purchase tickets and can’t use the app.
You all need to fix this asap!!

If I didn’t have to use it I wouldn’t.   They have to have idiots developing this app.  EVERY single time they update they completely lose and all account information.  You have to create a new account using your old ID and all your payment and past purchases are gone.  In this day and age how stupid do you have to be to lose all account information for your users every time you update your app.  Been happening for the last 5 years!!

New update is HORRIBLE. Previous version was a nice, simple, mobile version. The new update is basically a desktop webpage on an app. Definitely makes you not even want to go to the movies anymore if you have to use this app. Something that was previously so simple to use and navigate, is now annoyingly complicated for no reason.

I used to use the website to book movies until I was given a prompt for the app. After trying the app I found it very helpful for quickly booking and having reminders sent to you without repeatedly putting in your email. You can also favorite your theatre near you so you don’t have to scroll through the list of theaters, making booking easier. The app is also much quicker than the website especially if you have your credit card on the app.

I am really enjoying this app. I just haven't figured out how to play trailers from it yet. It's nice to be able to quickly access the app instead of having to wait for the web page to load.

The app works ok for me most of the time. I’ve bought tickets with it successfully. It doesn’t seem to be designed to show or refer to trailers though. Too bad. 
When I open the app it always takes me to the proper theater. 
Coming Up never works. 
The app could use some tweaking but is fine for looking up what’s playing and when.

(Update) everything seems to be working again. Fingers crossed. 

Worked great until it didn’t. It no longer loads content so you can’t even see what is playing much less order tickets.

In the ticket confirmation section or purchases, it shows the breakdown of the tickets you purchased but not the barcode to pick up your tickets. Frustrating and pointless that I have to have my email to do this.
