## What is ALLENARE?

ALLENARE — Your AI Personal Coach

ALLENARE is the all-in-one fitness app powered by artificial intelligence that acts like a real personal coach — one that knows your goals, remembers your history, and gives you personalized guidance every single day.

YOUR AI COACH, ALWAYS ON
Chat with your AI coach anytime about workouts, nutrition, or progress. Ask questions, get advice, and receive motivation tailored specifically to you — not generic tips, but real coaching based on your data.

SMART WORKOUT PLANNING
Generate a fully personalized weekly training plan with one tap, or build your own. Track live workouts with a built-in timer, log sets and reps, and watch your strength progress over time. Your plan adapts as you improve.

NUTRITION TRACKING MADE EASY
Log meals by scanning a barcode, snapping a photo, or simply describing what you ate. Your AI coach analyses your intake and keeps your macros — calories, protein, carbs, and fat — on track every day.

PROGRESS THAT MOTIVATES
Log your weight, upload progress photos, and let your AI coach analyse your transformation over time. See your weight trend, get personalized observations, and receive a metabolic analysis that estimates your real calorie burn based on actual results.

WELLNESS IN ONE PLACE
Track sleep, steps, heart rate, and blood pressure. ALLENARE connects with Apple Health to pull in your data automatically, giving your coach the full picture of your health.

BUILT FOR REAL PEOPLE
Whether you're losing weight, building muscle, or just trying to stay consistent — ALLENARE meets you where you are. Set your goals, follow your plan, and let your AI coach keep you accountable every step of the way.

ALLENARE is for informational and motivational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise or nutrition program.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.2.7 — 2026-09-16

Clearer subscription screen, and a few fixes.

SUBSCRIPTION SCREEN
The plan screen now has a clearly visible close button, and states the terms of
each plan in plain language — what you pay today, what it renews at, and how to
cancel. Prices and any introductory terms are read directly from the App Store, so
what you see on the screen is what you'll be charged.

If you already subscribed — including on another device or Apple ID — "Restore
Purchases" is now easier to find, and the app reconnects your subscription
automatically if you try to buy a plan you already own.

RECIPES AND FRIENDS
Both are now reachable from the ⋯ menu at the top of any tab, instead of being
buried in Settings.

HEALTH SYNC
If you use a Garmin, Fitbit or similar watch, your steps and sleep now appear as
soon as you come back from that app — no need to press Sync again.

ALSO FIXED
• A rare error screen when returning to the app on a slow or offline connection
• Sheets no longer follow you from one tab to another
• Assorted readability fixes in light mode

### 1.2.6 — 2026-08-24

A cleaner, easier-to-read ALLENARE.

TIDIER TAB HEADERS Every tab now has a "⋯" menu. Sync, Help, Pantry, Customize and more live there instead of crowding the top of the screen, so the things you actually came to do — Add Food, Add Photo — stay front and centre.

CHEER ON YOUR FRIENDS When a friend shares a win, react with a thumbs up, applause, celebration, flex or fire. A new "Sent" tab in your inbox shows everything you've shared and how people reacted to it.

STRETCHING SESSIONS Stretching is now its own workout type — when adding a workout, building your weekly plan, or importing from Apple Health. Stretching logs in hold time rather than sets and reps, the way a stretch is actually done.

LIGHT MODE, PROPERLY A long list of screens didn't follow your light/dark setting correctly. Inbox, Pantry, Favorites, Friends, Previous Chats, Help, the sign-in screen and the subscription screen now all match the theme you chose. Text that was hard to read — or invisible — is fixed throughout, including your macro rings and the Metabolic Analysis card.

EASIER ON THE EYE Colours across the app were reworked to meet WCAG AA contrast standards, so labels, badges and charts are legible in both light and dark mode.

SMALLER THINGS THAT ADD UP • Back buttons no longer hide behind the Dynamic Island or camera cutout • Back buttons are labelled, not just an arrow • The clock and battery stay visible when your app theme differs from your phone's • Pop-up sheets no longer follow you from one tab to another • Selected foods are visible when copying a meal from a previous day

Thanks for the reports — a lot of this came straight from you.

### 1.2.5 — 2026-08-22

Light mode.

ALLENARE now follows your device's appearance, switching between light and dark automatically. Prefer to pick one and stay there? Profile › Preferences lets you set Auto, Light or Dark.

Easier to read, everywhere.

While building light mode we went through every colour in the app and measured it. Field labels, placeholders, button text and the colour-coded health readings are all clearer now, and meet the WCAG AA contrast standard. If you've ever squinted at a faint label or a blood pressure reading, that's fixed.

Also in this release: • Cardio in the weekly planner — pick the activity and set a target time, instead of being asked for sets and reps • The keyboard no longer covers the box you're typing in, on every screen with a text field • Workout type and macro colours are easier to tell apart, including for red-green colour blindness

Thank you to the testers who flagged the contrast and the keyboard — both came straight from your reports.

### 1.2.3 — 2026-08-20

The keyboard no longer covers what you're typing.

If you tapped a notes field, a macro value, or anything near the bottom of a screen, the keyboard could sit right on top of it — you were typing blind. Every screen with a text field has been fixed: the workout logger, food details, your profile, onboarding, recipe builder, fridge scan and the rest. Tap a field and it now scrolls itself into view above the keyboard.

Also in this release: • Subscription savings are calculated from your local App Store pricing, so the discount shown always matches what you actually pay.

Thank you to everyone who wrote in about the keyboard — that one came straight from your reports.

### 1.2.2 — 2026-08-17

Fixes for sharing with friends.

• You can now open anything a friend sends you to read it in full — including PRs and personal wins. Opening it marks it as read and clears the badge.
• Shared workouts, meals and recipes now show their complete contents when opened, not just a summary.
• Fixed the keyboard covering the text box when writing a note or sharing a win, so you can see what you're typing.
