## What is Allergen Diary?

A starting-solids diary for parents of babies from 4 months to 2 years, built around allergens: what’s been introduced, when it was last given, what’s due again and what caused a reaction.

Doctors now recommend introducing common allergens early and then keeping them in the diet regularly. Remembering when your baby last had egg or peanut is hard. This app keeps it on one screen.

WHAT’S INSIDE

• All 9 top allergens on one screen, with a status and “N days ago”
• “Gave today” — log in one tap; or log details: how much, any reaction, a note
• Reminders to offer each allergen again — set the interval for each one
• Reactions: photos with date and time, plus a guide to when to call emergency services and when to see your pediatrician
• History for every food
• No sign-up, no account: your data stays on your iPhone only
• English, Russian and Uzbek

FAIR PRICING

Free with no time limit: all 9 allergens, reminders, reactions and photos, history, your first child and 10 more foods. Pro — a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase — unlocks more foods and a second child. Your history is never locked: everything you’ve logged stays readable even if your subscription ends.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage your subscription in your Apple ID settings.

IMPORTANT

This app helps you keep records. It does not replace advice from your pediatrician. Talk to your doctor about when and how to introduce foods, especially if your baby has severe eczema or a known food allergy. If you see signs of a severe reaction — difficult or noisy breathing, swelling of the tongue or throat, paleness and floppiness — call emergency services right away.
