## What is AllergenFinder?

Spot gluten, allergens, animal-derived ingredients and other restricted substances in seconds. 
AllergenFinder uses AI-assisted text analysis to scan product labels and clearly highlight ingredients that may be unsuitable for your restrictions. It also helps you understand the fine print on packaging, even when ingredients are listed using industry codes, technical terms or abbreviations.
