### 3/5 — Disappointed

*2021-10-30*

I thought I would get allergy reports for my area. The closest count is hundreds of miles from my area. There is no feature for telling it where I live.

### 2/5 — Actual app looks nothing like the pictures

*2020-04-11*

All I see are general mold and pollen counts. There’s no information about specific pollens, as shown in the pictures. There’s some mysterious information about shots, but only in the Toledo, Ohio area. Not as advertised!

### 2/5 — Font is too small

*2020-03-31, version 2.8.7*

I can not read it without glasses. Also, I personally do not need a list of the nation’s allergy offices. Deleted..,

### 2/5 — Great if you live in Ohio

*2019-09-14*

I thought this would be great because it uses national stations that supposedly report air samples. The 2 WI locations are over 100 miles from where I live and haven’t submitted samples since August 1st...today is September 14th. I was looking forward to something more detailed and accurate...right now the two apps I have offer conflicting data.

### 3/5 — Not Updating

*2019-08-31*

I’m was happy with this app as I used it regularly for checking the molds but now it won’t update. It’s stuck on Aug 7 and it’s Aug 31. I removed it and redownloaded it but that didn’t help. I’ll have to find another one I guess.

### 3/5 — Was a 5 star app, now it’s too general

*2019-05-14*

This app used to give great details about what was in the air, breaking it down by tree or weed. (Oak Pine Mulberry very high, hickory occasional, etc). Now it just tells me that trees are high without specifying which types. Not good enough. I’m really really sensitive to a couple trees and have no problem with the rest. If it doesn’t say what’s in the air, it’s not telling me anything. UPDATE - ok

Update May 14, my wife was complaining to me about this on Sunday. And I couldn’t remember how to do it. I told her I would go check my review to get the instructions. Why should I click on a video button, then F? Why not just put the most valuable info that comes in the notification right on the main screen?

**Developer response:** It still does in 2 ways: 1) You should get Notification almost daily as what type of pollen (in Ohio). You might have turned that feature off under your App Settings! 2) Under the "Video Tab" Select the "f" or facebook subtab and you will see the detailed report

### 2/5 — Wha??!!

*2019-03-29, version 2.8.7*

iOS 12 it doesn’t look anything like the previews, doesn’t show weather, I’m not sure if anything is accurate. Few controls doesn’t do anything.

Too bad. I like the mold count, that’s unusual and important to me.

### 1/5 — doesn’t work

*2018-08-17, version 2.8.7*

fail

### 1/5 — Not global - why is it available in this country???

*2018-08-16, version 2.8.7*

Why would you make an app available internationally when it only works in the USA? As someone living in the UK, this is pointless.

### 1/5 — No good outside of USA

*2018-07-27, version 2.8.7*

Not sure why this is available to download in the UK, it only accesses US data, which makes useless outside of the USA.

### 1/5 — Minimal information

*2018-06-12, version 2.8.7*

The app doesn’t show me specifics. I specifically need to know what trees, what types of grasses are emitting the daily pollens in order to track which allergies are worse than others. Please advise if I am somehow missing something??

### 4/5 — 2nd nearest location alerts

*2018-06-03*

I am unable to get rid of the 2nd nearest location on the Home page. That means I am getting alerts for that location which I do not want. Any suggestions?

**Developer response:** You will not be able to remove 2nd location. Pollen and Mold Spores can travel 100s if not 1000s of miles and knowing the 2nd closest location is generally a good idea!

### 2/5 — Confused

*2018-05-23*

I was so excited to download this app but I do not have nearly as much information as what is advertised. My home screen on the app gives general allergy information and that’s it. I can’t go to any other screens for details.

**Developer response:** Go to Videos tab and then select the facebook Tab on top

### 1/5 — Allergen pollen count

*2018-05-17, version 2.8.7*

None of the previews of the app shows up. Not much there.

### 2/5 — Missing Tabs

*2018-04-01*

The instructional video shows there should be 4 tabs across the top on the home screen. I have none. Even the data I see on my home page is much less detailed than shown in the video. Has the app been changed (in which case, it isn’t as good), or is it not working properly?

### 1/5 — ap looks nothing like the screen shots

*2018-01-21, version 2.8.3*

very little information showing on the ap. ready to delete it as it is useless to me. i do t know where they got the screenshots but mine only showed trees grass and mold.

### 1/5 — Data does not update

*2017-12-23, version 2.8.3*

This is showing two-week-old data. Useless.

### 3/5 — Update for iOS 11 doesn’t work

*2017-11-24*

My go to app for allergen counts. However the latest update for the horrible iOS 11 has rendered the app useless. It no longer opens.
*edit*
Ok so the app opens fine but it doesn’t show any recent allergen counts. Last pollen count was October 26. Everyday. A month without being able to see allergen levels? Sorry but I have to delete the app now. I’m sorry iOS 11 has ruined so many great apps. It’s certainly ruined my first iExperience...

**Developer response:** Update 2.6.1 Now Available on iTune App Store...Critical Fix for Recent App crashing on some devices

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — What a joke!!!

*2022-02-16, version 3.0.2*

Where is the current info??????
I could not care any less about the counts from 2018,2019,& 2021!!!

DELETING FROM MY PHONE!!!

### 1/5 — Dead app.

*2021-04-09, version 2.8.7*

I love the updates Dr Safadi gives on facebook, and thought I would just use the app instead.

Unfortunately it looks like its no longer being updated, so I immediately uninstalled it.

### 1/5 — Last station reported August 2018

*2020-10-17, version 2.8.7*

What good does August of 2018 do me? It’s out of date for Springfield Missouri...

Missouri the Allergy state..
Missouri no longer a state of mind and actual state....

### 1/5 — Misleading preview

*2020-06-12, version 2.8.7*

The App Store preview looks great but none of that is on the actual app! All I have is a brief summary: none of that glorious detail listing which trees etc. What a complete disappointment.

### 1/5 — This App is dead

*2020-05-21, version 2.8.7*

This app stopped updating about two years ago. When opened, the data shown is from 2018 according to the date stamp.
For example, when this app was opened at midnight, it showed UV of 7.

### 1/5 — Stopped Pollen Updates

*2020-05-16, version 2.8.7*

This app was great but the last pollen update for St. Louis is for April 17th and it’s now May 16th. I don’t understand why.

### 1/5 — Very hard to figure out, little info

*2019-09-27, version 2.8.7*

Needs updating

### 1/5 — trash

*2019-06-03, version 2.8.7*

Do NOT get this app. Half the time there are no weather stations in your state and it rarely updates. This is a huge let down. I would advise using AccuWeather for pollen tracking, but it doesn't work on my iPad.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2019-06-02*

This is in the Canadian App Store but only has US data.

### 1/5 — Boo...

*2019-03-20, version 2.8.7*

The app is nothing like the example in the App Store.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Such a helpful shortcut

*2019-08-14*

It's great to know what the pollen levels are so we know when to keep allergy meds in stock.

I love that I can check office hours and call right from here. The next best thing would be a messaging system so we can send our CNP or Dr a message or request instead of waiting for the telephone funnel. Thanks!

### 5/5 — Accurate

*2017-11-15*

This is the best app for allergy and more info about why you are suffering! Thorough and even gives a mild count!!!

### 5/5 — Very reliable for allergens

*2017-09-02*

This app is way more accurate than others I've used and correlates extremely well between what's "in the air" and how I feel for my known allergens.

It helps me to plan outdoor activities.

### 5/5 — Great little App

*2017-08-24*

Great little App.
Gets you the allergen information you need when and where you need it!

### 5/5 — Mold counts

*2017-07-29, version 2.3.9*

The only allergy app that counts mold spores. Great. Very helpful as mold can ve very high when pollen counts are low.

### 5/5 — App

*2017-07-10*

The app is very useful. I can always depend on this app for current up to date information.

### 5/5 — Love it!

*2017-06-11, version 2.3.9*

Finally! An app that lets me know the pollen count based on actual samples taken in my area!

### 5/5 — Great allergy info

*2017-05-15, version 2.3.9*
