## What is Allergy Tracker?

Allergy Tracker is a simple way to keep track of your allergies without keeping a complicated diary.

Open the app, answer "How are your allergies today?", tap a severity level, and you're done. Your check-in saves immediately with the time, so even a quick entry turns into something useful over time.

Want to add more? Log common allergy symptoms, mark that you took medication, or leave a short note. Details are optional — a severity-only check-in is still a complete entry.

History lets you look back at recent allergy days, spot your Bad or Severe days, and see which symptoms show up most. Edit any entry, backfill a day you missed, and delete a mistake.

Your allergy history lives on your iPhone and can stay current across your Apple devices through your own private iCloud account. The developer never sees your allergy history. There's no account to create, no ads, no tracking, no location access, and no pollen or air-quality service built in.

Allergy Tracker is a personal wellness log. It doesn't diagnose, treat, predict, or point to causes, and it isn't medical advice.
