### 4/5 — The app is easy to use

*2024-11-05, version 1.2*

I like the simplicity of this app. It’s easy to use for the most part. I would like to see the charts be more consolidated and updated so less paper is used. Maybe some better graphs or pie charts. I recently was diagnosed with alpha gal and I have long covid so, I am trying to track what might be allergic reactions and what is long covid. It’s a tough job.

### 5/5 — Allergy Tracker

*2024-10-30, version 1.2*

This is a must have app for anyone that suffers from allergies to mole spores, dust, pollen etc. Helps you identify days that may be harder to allergy free but keeps you informed.

### 5/5 — Useful

*2024-09-16, version 1.2*

I appreciate the flexibility of setting on symptoms, treatments and allergins. It's the only useful app for asthma & allergy that I've found.

### 5/5 — Simple and very customizable.

*2024-08-30, version 1.1*

This is just what I need to log my symptoms and what meds I take to manage them each day. Hopefully I’ll have more input for the Physicians Assistant next visit. Thanks very much!

### 5/5 — Free app for review

*2024-08-29, version 1.1*

The verdict is still out.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2024-08-28, version 1.1*

This app is the best thing in the world

### 5/5 — So helpful

*2024-08-23, version 1.1*

I was looking for an app that would help me be aware of the allergens that are in the air. I work at a school clinic and this lets me know if it’s okay to let students go outside.
Thank you so much for such an informative app.

### 5/5 — Easy

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2024-08-12, version 1.1*

This app is so easy to use and has given me no complications. I’ve been using it to keep track of my allergic reactions for my allergist and it’s been amazing. 10/10 Recommend.

### 5/5 — Wonderful

*2024-08-04, version 1.1*

Easy to use and a beautiful simple design. It takes a load off my mind, knowing I don’t have to mentally track everything. I like that there is a chart feature, so I can see trends.
Thank you for making this app♥️

### 5/5 — Easy to use

*2024-07-31, version 1.1*

Exactly what I was looking for as I try to get more scientific about my allergies and figuring out what is triggering them.

### 5/5 — Good for tracking all kinds of symptoms!

*2024-07-26, version 1.1*

So far I really like the simplicity of this app. It lets me enter my own symptoms, triggers, and treatments, and put them in a custom order. Also provides a scale (None to Severe) to select symptom severity on each day’s entry. There doesn’t seem to be any limit on how many symptoms you can add to your list either, which is great for someone like me who has other conditions besides allergies and can experience a lot of different symptoms on any given day. I’m curious how the long term results filters will help me interpret the information I put in, but so far I’m having a great experience as a user.

### 5/5 — Wooh

### 5/5 — Great app

Amazing

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Not worth it

*2025-09-20, version 2.4*

Doesn’t give you any allergy level info or any symptoms to be able to adequately track these are all the same exact apps basically just called a new category like “allergy tracker” or “mental health” tracker but this company is duplicating the same thing each time so don’t waste your energy

### 1/5 — Makes you give review

*2024-02-18, version 1.1*

Either pay $ or right a review to access app. Terrible

### 1/5 — Unlock to use app

*2023-11-19, version 1.1*

Writing a review so I can unlock the app to use it.

### 1/5 — Weird business practice

*2023-05-15*

Odd that I can’t use the app unless I leave a review. Idk anything about it yet since I can’t “unlock” it without doing this.

### 1/5 — Haven’t used it yet

*2023-05-12*

I’ll leave an updated rating after trying the app f

### 1/5 — No clue

*2023-04-30*

I was given a free gift of premium access if I submitted a review. I have not used the app so don’t know if it will work for me or not.

### 3/5 — Looks cool

*2024-12-17, version 2.1.0*

It looks like a great way to track symptoms. But it came up when I searched for food tracker, and there are no food tracking capabilities.

### 3/5 — Free premium to review

*2024-11-02, version 1.2*

Not sure how I feel about the appp yet as they offered premium by reviewing upon first opening the app…..

### 3/5 — Only app found that tracks what is needed

*2024-10-10, version 1.2*

This is the only app I could find to help track symptoms and triggers for someone after having gall bladder surgery and needing to monitor diet reactions. Setup symptoms as the major items that are the reactions from food items. Example is Vomiting, diarrhea, nausea etc…. In all have entered more than 15 items of symptom. Triggers have entered more than 35 different dietary food items. Am not using the treatments feature of the app. So far ai like this app. Why it’s not more than 3 stars? Two reasons. First the app can only have one event per day. It should have capacity to enter multiple events per day because the triggers might change through out the day. Second- report out- There is no ability to filter symptoms or triggers. Fix those two items and it’s a 5 star rating.

### 3/5 — RX allergies

*2024-09-08, version 1.1*

I truly don’t understand how can I write a review on something I have no access to. I have allergies to so many medications, I’m hoping this will help me track better my allergies before I get more ill.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great app

*2026-04-30, version 2.4*

Great app with good ui easy to understand use which is good when you’re logging daily. Haven’t used reports yet but they create reports on your data which is good. I would recommend paid but the free one is pretty fair and not ridiculously gatekept as well.

### 5/5 — Great tool

*2025-11-15, version 2.4*

This has been a great tool to my allergy symptoms. I’m able to find patterns in the food I eat.

### 5/5 — Wish more apps would do this

*2025-11-08, version 2.4*

Really good app. Does make you pay if you want more than 5 selections but 5 is a good amount in general. I live that you get to puck how severe a symptom has been and what triggers you had, you also get to add a treatment section as well as a notes section.

### 5/5 — Works well. Reliable.

*2025-05-17, version 2.3*

I have used this app every single day and it’s pretty simple to set up and definitely easy to use and has helpful reminders to keep me on track.

### 5/5 — Great

*2025-03-26, version 2.2.0*

This has been helping me track my symptoms and triggers. So helpful and I can review it with my Doctor.

### 5/5 — Happy I tried this app

*2024-11-14, version 1.2*

Been using for a few days, wish I’d thought to look for this sooner. Been experiencing sudden severe allergy symptoms and even though allergist didn’t suggest keeping track of my symptoms/intake, etc, I’m doing so using this app. It reminds you without being intrusive. Simple, easy to set up, plenty of space to state daily details in the notes section. Everything I need, nothing I don’t.

### 5/5 — Review

*2024-11-14, version 1.2*

I have not yet been able to fully use the app but am working on it

### 5/5 — Great

*2024-11-13, version 1.2*

Takes the stress out of manually having to input everything into iOS notes app

### 5/5 — Amazing to find and control allergies

*2024-11-03, version 1.2*

This has been really helpful to customise and track my allergy symptoms so I can work out what is causing flare ups!

### 5/5 — Good app

*2024-11-02, version 1.2*

I looked at 5 different allergy apps and this one was the easiest and best to use.
