## What is Allervibe?

Scan the barcode. Or photograph the label. Know in about a second whether a food product contains your allergens.

Allervibe is a food allergy scanner, food label scanner and ingredient checker for anyone who reads labels. Point the barcode scanner at any packaged product and Allervibe checks the ingredient list, the allergen declaration and the "may contain" trace warnings against a profile you set up once. You get a clear green, yellow or red verdict, the full ingredient breakdown, and every food additive listed with its E number.

An allergen scanner, a food scanner, a label scanner and an ingredient checker in one app. No account. No sign-in. No waiting.

NEW: SCAN THE LABEL ITSELF, IN ANY LANGUAGE

Not every product is in a database. Photograph the ingredient list and Allervibe reads the label on your device, then checks it against your profile — no barcode needed. Foreign label? Translate it right on your phone: one download per language, offline after that. Gluten free in Italy, dairy free in Spain, celiac anywhere.

WHO IT IS FOR

Shopping gluten free with celiac disease. Managing lactose intolerance or a dairy free diet. Checking for a peanut or tree nut allergy before it goes in the cart. Living with a food intolerance and tired of squinting at 6-point type in the middle of an aisle. Vegans and vegetarians spotting hidden animal ingredients. Travelling, and unable to read the packaging at all.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Set your allergen profile once, and choose how strict you want to be about each allergen.
2. Scan the barcode, or photograph the ingredient label.
3. Allervibe matches the product data against your profile.
4. Read the verdict, the full ingredient list and the additives breakdown.

WHAT IT CHECKS FOR

Allervibe covers the 13 most common food allergens: peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, soy, wheat, gluten, sesame, shellfish, fish, sulphites, mustard and celery. Product data comes from Open Food Facts, the world's largest open food database, with millions of products from more than 100 countries.

FREE FEATURES

• Daily barcode scans and label photo scans
• Your personal allergen profile, with per-allergen strictness
• Detection across all 13 allergens, including trace and "may contain" warnings
• The full ingredient list for every product you scan
• Allergen and additive guides in the Learn tab
• No ads

ALLERVIBE PRO

• Unlimited scanning
• Your complete scan history, searchable
• Favorites for products you have already checked
• Family profiles — a separate allergen list per person, switched with a tap
• A detailed food additives breakdown with E numbers and common names
• A home screen widget that opens the scanner in one tap

YOUR ALLERGY CARD

A wallet-sized card with your name and allergens, ready to hand to a waiter. Show it in any of 9 languages, or save it to your photos and print it.

FAMILY PROFILES

One person is celiac and shopping gluten free. Another is lactose intolerant. A third reacts to nuts. Switch profiles before you scan; each person gets the answer that applies to them.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Allervibe runs on your device. Your profiles, scan history and favorites stay there, and label reading and translation happen on the phone, not on a server. No account required, no data sold, nothing shared about what you scan.

A NOTE ON SAFETY

Allervibe is an informational tool, not a medical device. It reports what the available product data says, and cannot tell you that a product is safe for you. Always read the packaging before you eat. If you have a severe or life-threatening food allergy, do not rely on this app alone — read the label, follow your doctor's guidance, and carry your prescribed medication. Data comes from Open Food Facts, which is community-edited and may be incomplete or out of date. Label photo scanning can misread small print.
