I do understand the app have an option of “Events in nearby cities” but for some reason it recommended cities all the way around the country 3000 miles away from me, and I do have my location settings on. My suggestion would be making the setting of choosing your city/location not just a single place but multiple, select cities you want to see events and etc. that would really save everyone’s time from searching for events. Game changer!! I understand that most people are familiar with bigger, well-known cities like Washington, D.C. and Baltimore, MD, but to me, I find that incredibly limiting. After downloading the All Events app, I was hooked! I’m helping my husband build up his business and I’m finding so many events in so many other cities, it’s incredible and amazing! All Events has so many other cities and events listed we could do an event for his business if we wanted to (that’s how many cities All Events covers)! The only thing I wish they would change would be all the style formats they use in their descriptions. When I give them permission to add an event to my calendar, I get a lot of… maybe programing symbols (e.g. ) so I have to edit it in my calendar or do an Internet search for clean text of the event description which I can then add to my calendar. ### 5/5 — Love AllEvents *2025-08-07* I love AllEvents bc they receive & l post events I am interested in before anyone else. Yet another thing that you guys can’t get right!! This app would have to be the most infuriating app I’ve ever downloaded loaded. Everything or/and every event information is always incorrect. It’s much simpler to do a google search than use this app. I have never found an event that the time and date are correct. Instead of an organised start of 7:30am to an event as noted on the their website, the app claims the event starts at 9pm!! I would not trust this app at all!! all it’s good for is to see what events are coming up and the rest is up to you to do your own research to get the correct information!! I’m basing this on what I search for which is Carshow Events!! I was told by the developer that I’m using an old version of this app. There is no updated version!! I feel like I’m logging in at 14,400 baud in the 1990s on an iPhone 16 on 5 G and high speed wifi. Setting up an account was frustrating. It took over 15 minutes. It fails to tell you password length limitations until your second attempt. Once I was finally in I asked to Find Tickets to my event and it did nothing. So I wrote the organizers separately to hold some tickets. Then I went exploring for other local events. I found one. But loading again was glacial. Searching for events is equally slow. If you are running an event find an application that doesn’t turn off customers. **Developer response:** We’re sorry for the frustrating experience. Please drop us an email @support@allevents.in with a screenshot of this issue, and we'll get back to you with a solution ASAP! ### 1/5 — Beware of Scams Facilitated Through This App *2025-02-20* I had a terrible experience with the All Events app, and I want to warn others about a scam that took place through this platform. Here’s what happened: I was trying to book tickets for an event listed on the app. The app showed that the event was "sold out," but I received an **official email notification from the app** and also an **in-app notification** providing a phone number to text for ticket availability. Trusting that this was legitimate since it came directly from the app, I contacted the number provided. The person claimed to have tickets and asked me to pay $110 via Venmo. After making the payment, they failed to deliver the tickets and later sent fake screenshots claiming they had refunded my money. The refund never appeared in my account, and it became clear that this was a scam. What’s worse is that this scam appears to be facilitated by the app itself: 1. The email and in-app notifications came directly from All Events' official communication channels, making it seem trustworthy. 2. The app allowed scammers to exploit users by falsely marking events as "sold out" and redirecting them to fraudulent contacts. This is completely unacceptable for a platform that claims to provide secure event management services. It is their responsibility to ensure that users are not exposed to such fraudulent activities through their app or official communications! I strongly urge All Events to investigate this matter, take responsibility, and implement safeguards to prevent such scams in the future. All Events has lost my trust entirely. ### 1/5 — Bug Fixes…. Where? *2025-01-01, version 12.2.3* I’m constantly amazed at apps that are released with no apparent testing done. Maybe you guys did test this, but it certainly doesn’t show. I’ve tried several times to Sign in with Apple. Face ID scans fine. The app doesn’t log me in. It just hangs out on the login screen. So, I continue within login. I’m asked if I will allow location services access. I say yes. Then it strangely asks for a city. Didn’t I just enable location services access? Why are you asking for a city? So I enter my city… Sorry, city not found… huh? That’s odd because the AE website finds my city just fine. This app is unusable.
