### 5/5 — Helpful, first option before other interventions

*2026-05-08, version 1.1.4*

I use this app for plantar fasciitis- when I follow the recovery plan I see a marked improvement. I like that you can do the program with or without their equipment. Definitely a good option to try before seeking further help

### 4/5 — Good therapy but tech issues

*2026-01-12, version 1.1.1*

I purchased this app a week and a half or so ago and really liked the exercises and it has been helping my tennis elbow. However, I wrote a two star review because the app itself stopped working. This was very frustrating as I felt like I was making progress. I’m changing my review to four stars because after emailing support for the app I got very clear feedback from the creators and they’ve helped me sort through the issue while they fix the technology. Apparently there was some issue with the cloud servers that they are working through. However, they have handled it responsibly and once the app itself is working, I will change this to a five star review. The exercise exercises are really good and helpful.

### 2/5 — Good therapy but tech issues

*2026-01-05*

I purchased the tennis elbow program. When it works, it’s really good. It provides a structure that allows you to have guard rails so that you improve and do enough, but not too much. I would give it five stars however I am having significant problems with the app. It frequently says that I have done a routine when I have not done a routine and does not record workouts when I do them. This wouldn’t be such a big deal if I could advance manually to the next level when I’m ready for it. However, I have been stuck at level three for a week and there’s no way to get to level four unless the app recognizes that you have done the necessary routine routines so I applaud the program, but I’m giving it two stars because the techno is not allowing me to fully utilize it

### 3/5 — Mostly works

*2025-09-17, version 1.0.7*

Wish I could look ahead in days so I could plan if there’s an activity listed for the morning

### 5/5 — The elbow worked so well I got the knee

*2025-09-16, version 1.0.7*

I hurt my elbow lifting weights. Learned about Alleviate from a friend and bought the elbow system. Took 3 days and I started to feel better. 3 months and my workouts were pain free so I purchased the knee system after limping for a year following a ski injury. Similar success. I can ski again! Super easy to use!

### 1/5 — Good program, garbage app

*2025-01-19*

The program itself seems to be working. However the app is suuuper glitchy, the videos don’t always work, your progress gets wiped out and the team doesn’t respond with answers when you contact them to get he’ll. What’s worse is that you can only access the program through this terrible app so good luck doing your exercises when it bombs. You can’t get any of the exercises from the website or the team. Too bad - it’s a great concept but wow they need to go back to basics and just provide decent customer service and an old school way of accessing your exercises.

### 1/5 — Good products, terrible App!

*2024-11-21, version 1.0.2*

Videos don’t load. Now I’m stuck in Pain Assessment and can’t move forward on my plantar fasciitis or tennis elbow therapy. Spent $500+ in 2 systems and can’t access either program. Need to have videos and option to access the program on their website before it’s worth purchasing.

### 1/5 — Crashes constantly

*2024-09-27, version 1.0.2*

App gets stuck after every progression. Can’t get past the “pain assessment” page. I paid money for this PT tutorial and I can’t even get it to work. Terrible.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2024-07-02, version 1.0.1*

The app doesn’t work at all. After getting through the intro exercises I can’t get to anything after that. It freezes and there is no way to move forward. I bought the package with the idea that it came with the exercises but they don’t have any other way to access them. Not worth the money or time I have put into it

### 1/5 — Waste of time

*2024-06-29, version 1.0.1*

To think I paid $ for the PTTD program, which apparently can’t be accessed except thru this useless app. All I could do was watch an irrelevant video about tennis elbow that allegedly instructed one on how to use & access the program, then watch a video about standing on one leg & that’s it. Nothing more, nor does the app actually register that I even did that so no ability to track or log anything
