## What is Allez?

An interval timer for HIIT, Tabata, boxing rounds and circuit training.

THE TIMER
• Work, rest, sets, recovery and cycles, each set in seconds
• Get ready, warm-up and cooldown, all optional
• Total time shown before you start, and the next interval always on screen
• Skip forward, skip back, pause and resume mid-workout

START IN ONE TAP
• Six templates: Classic Tabata, EMOM, 30/30, 40/20, Boxing rounds, Beginner
• The classic 20/10 × 8 Tabata without setting anything up

SOUND
• Four beep styles: Classic, Wood, Digital and Chime
• Or a voice that says the words out loud: Get ready, Work, Rest, Done
• Choose any English voice on your iPhone, and hear it before you pick
• A 3-2-1 countdown before every change, and a cue volume of your own
• Plays over Apple Music and Spotify, and still sounds with the ring switch silenced

ON THE LOCK SCREEN
• The interval and its countdown live in the Dynamic Island
• The Lock Screen shows the same, so a glance is enough
• Cues keep playing with the screen off or another app in front

IT NEVER DRIFTS
• The timer reads the clock instead of counting ticks
• A thirty-minute routine finishes within a tenth of a second

YOURS, AND PRIVATE
• No account and no ads
• Routines, history and settings stay on your iPhone
• Light, dark, or follow the system

FREE
• The whole timer, three saved routines, your last five workouts

PRO, ONE PAYMENT
• Unlimited saved routines
• Named exercises: "Burpees" on the timer instead of "Work"
• Blocks: several exercises in one routine, each with its own work, rest and sets
• Full history with weekly stats
• No subscription, nothing to cancel
