## What is allGo?

The allGo App is the public transport app in Almere. Plan your trip, buy your ticket or subscription and use the current travel information or the possibility to contact allGo. The allGo app is intended for travel in Almere with the allGo city bus, flexiGo and nobelGo, the R-net regional bus and the nightGo buses on Friday and Saturday nights between Amsterdam and Almere.

If you buy a ticket or subscription in the allGo App, the ticket will be on the screen of your phone. In the app, press "Buy ticket", search the ticket or subscription as desired and place it in your shopping cart. It's important that you create your own account in the allGo App. You have to pay the ticket or subscription directly in the app via iDeal or credit card, after the payment the product will be visible on the Active Tickets page.

Before you enter the bus, you have to activate the desired ticket in the app, then scan the barcode in the bus, just like users of an OV chip card.

With the travel planner you can request a travel advice within Almere, but you can also plan a trip to another destination in The Netherlands.

For news, questions or comments, you can consult the news section in the app. You can also contact the AllGo customer service or use the knowledge and experiences of fellow travelers by submitting your question to the AllGo Community.
