The app is rubbish. Try to reset password and it doesn’t send link to my email address

Since update app is not loading 
When it does eventually it’s in Welsh 
When you close  the app and return it does not allow access until you delete and download it again! Sick and tired of repeatedly having to do this!!!!! No resolution is offered
