AllHeart is the patient app for people receiving cardiology care through AllHeart. It keeps you and your care team connected between visits — so your blood pressure, weight, medications, and how you're feeling are never more than a tap away.

Designed to be simple and calm: large, easy-to-read text, plain language, and a friendly guide named Riley who helps you understand your numbers and get things done.

• See your readings at a glance, with clear "in range" guidance instead of confusing numbers
• Automatic syncing from Apple Health (cuff, watch, scale) and a paired Bluetooth blood-pressure cuff
