Some really great features on the app, such as showing the previous sale and photos etc. But unfortunately lots of the ads aren’t up to date. When I search for them elsewhere I see they are already leased.

This app has become so unstable - almost impossible to view maps or search for any period of time. App closes if i try to move the map, expand or zoom in. Shuts down regularly. Have reinstalled several times to no avail… 👎

Update 3: Hi Patrick, thanks so much for such a detailed and lengthy response. I’ve just emailed you a screen recording video that demonstrates what I think is the bedroom filter bug. I’ve also thought of two additional improvements you might want to consider. The first is being able to adjust the polygon once it’s drawn as it’s difficult to see the area you’re drawing under you’re finger as you draw it and the final result can include areas you’re not interested in, particularly if your drawing on a zoomed out map because the total area you’re interested in doesn’t fit on the screen when you zoom in. The second is it would be useful to be able to filter out properties you have already viewed in the app, which the app already identifies but there doesn’t seem to be a corresponding filter for this. I also must admit that my request for being able to add notes to a property was part of a much older review and I think this feature has been added since then and I hadn’t noticed so thanks for pointing out it has been added.

Update 2: I’ve also discovered a problem with the emails alerts generated from a property alert that uses the map draw tool and that is that the email alerts include properties that aren’t within the drawn area. When clicking the Search button next to the corresponding property search in the app, only properties within the drawn area appear so the problem is just with the email alerts. Update: further to my comment about the bug below, it seems to be the bedroom count filter that is causing the bug. In addition to the comments in my previous review, I love the map draw tool. I have however found what I think might be a bug in the search filter. If I search an area for 3-5+ bed, 2-5+ bath and 2-5+ car, I receive 14 results but if I then remove the ranges from the search filter and search for 3 bed, 2 bath and 2 car, I receive 22 results i.e. more than the search using ranges. As all the properties in the search without the ranges should appear in the search with the ranges, the search with the ranges should have as many, if not more, results than the search of the same area without ranges but this is not the case. I'd like to be able to add comments to advertisements I have added to My Watchlist. I'd also like to be able to flag advertisements in My Watchlist that I've inspected and be able to filter on the flag. It would also be useful to be able to search for properties within a specified maximum travel time and/or distance from a specified location e.g. place of work, school, hospital, etc.

Search for Melbourne CBD and it includes anything with Melbourne in its name, as well as Kensington, Parkville, Carlton and parts of Prahran 😳 The Melbourne CBD is the central city area. It would be nice if we got the results we asked for.

Recent update has removed status badges for properties in the watchlist on the app, making the watchlist essentially worthless for tracking properties. No response to feedback by email using the app’s feedback feature. I’m switching apps as a result - this is useless.

Search via the map then click on a place. You then either lose the list or lose the map? If you get the list back you also get a white screen where the map was? Why can’t we have both, like on previous versions?

While I know it's the standard response from everyone in IT, sometimes uninstalling and reinstalling the app can help resolve issues like that.
