When i need to transfer money, the error 403 message keeps popping up. And keep on asking for TAC which i never change either phone or SIM. When the other bank’s apps no such requirement. The so called mobile token claimed we can do our transaction any time at anywhere but only in Malaysia? When I were at oversea and using different sim card, the apps started restrict me, asked me to verify by TAC until I changed my original sim card back to my phone. Also the app needs to be streamlined and made user friendly, currently it is terrible with so many log ins for different reasons. Other bank apps can do much better than this.
