However, the support is extremely mediocre. You should hope you never have issues because they are difficult to reach and only able to be contacted through emails that are often not replied to. Otherwise its good and i like it. ### 2/5 — Buggy *2026-02-16, version 3.4.47* When I first downloaded the app, I liked that it was simple to clock in/out. But the more I used it the more buggy it got. It would log you out & there are 3 different names this company goes by so it was challenging to get my phone to enter the correct password when logged out. Then, I was no longer able to view my time card or time off without going to Safari. I finally deleted the app & reinstalled. It is working today so I gave them an extra star. Not a fan ### 3/5 — Bugs everywhere *2025-12-01, version 3.4.45* I’ve been using this app for almost a year now and every time there’s been an update, there doesn’t seem to be any major improvement. Let’s start by saying the app doesn’t even look like their preview images show in the App Store. That’s outdated. Additionally, the app has had an issue for months where at the login page, once you enter your information, when you click login a connection/network error appears at the bottom of the page, even if you’re fully connected to WiFi or have access to data. You have to click login a second time for it to actually attempt to login. This app also asks to change password every few months which is annoying and unnecessary, considering they have 2FA. This is a major inconvenience, especially for people that aren’t very tech savvy to save their passwords and for other people that might have a hard time remembering several passwords for different apps, etc. The app isn’t terrible but it’s definitely buggy and unnecessarily inconvenient in some areas. ### 2/5 — Logged out automatically/Error 403 *2025-10-05, version 3.4.28* I’d love to be able to actually check my paystubs if this app would work, I got logged out automatically for no reason, I can’t reset my password or anything just to be able to sign in because all it gives me no matter what I do is an error 403, even if I put in my password from before it does the same thing. Please fix your app or something, it was working fine before, so what happened? ### 3/5 — Gets stuck at certain screens *2025-06-26, version 3.4.23* On iPad Pro m4 when you get to the pay summaries there’s absolutely no way to go back to the the main menu or any other screen without closing the app and reopening. Please fix. ### 1/5 — Forgot your password? It’s gone forever. *2025-03-08, version 3.3.19* Say goodbye to the app that worked the first time you logged in, because it doesn’t remember your password either! Sure, you can get a temporary password emailed to you, and you can reset it on the mypay website, but if you try to log in on the app with the new password, you can’t! It tells you that your username or password is incorrect, and it’ll say that an “Object reference not set to an instance of an object..” Oh and don’t worry. When it does end up working, something else will go wrong. Maybe it’ll take 20 minutes to load and you’ll get logged out again before anything happens. ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2025-02-25, version 3.3.19* Can’t even log in or reset your password. The creators of the app have a total of 20 hours in coding and should not be aloud to make apps for big businesses again. Horrible quality ### 1/5 — Why can’t I “stay logged in”? *2025-02-17, version 3.3.19* This is absolutely one of the worst apps out there for any pay services. With an iPhone and Face ID, you would think the app would just let you stay logged in or let you only exclusively use your FACE to log you in. But no here comes MyPay! Let me clue you in on something if nobody has my face they can’t get in my phone, this means if they can’t get on my phone they can’t get on your stupid app. You need to fix this issue. I am tired of constantly getting logged out and not remembering one of the 50 million passcodes I’ve had to put on the stupid app because it’s using Face ID. I shouldn’t have to login with the passcode every month. But because it keeps logging me out I have to keep resetting my passcode. Do you know how annoying that is? I’m gonna be pushing my company to move from alliance to ProLiant because of this stupid app. It’s not user-friendly. It’s not intuitive. it doesn’t even have a three star rating.
