I couldn’t proceed without upgrading but once I upgraded I could no longer login with my Face ID

This only for those who have savings account first only able to use. Credit card only holder cannot use app. So ridiculous then bank!

My experience Log in cut off time(e.g after 11pm—)
Using Face ID Apps will appear wrong password or ID. If continues 3 time account will lock
