### 1/5 — Absolute nightmare

*2025-03-04*

Received continuous texts demanding I install the app to get tickets- each individual digital tickets then have to be installed on every individuals phone - absolute joke of a process to install - it’s going to cause chaos at the stadium. Now desperately seeing if I can print off paper tickets. Be warned this takes time and do it well in advance and be prepared for frustration

### 1/5 — Dreadful

*2025-02-06, version 3.9.5*

Completely over-engineered waste of time for all involved. Should be illegal to subject people to such blatant data-mining. Sack your product people.

### 1/5 — Pointless

*2025-02-06, version 3.9.5*

What a pointless app. Why do I have to download the app just to access my tickets? And then I have to ‘transfer’ them to my friends who presumably also have to download the app. Just email me the QR code to the 3 tickets I bought, like every other ticket retailer

### 1/5 — Just doesn’t work

*2025-01-20, version 3.9.5*

Can’t get tickets. Can’t get help. Awful

### 1/5 — Awful system (I don’t usually give negative reviews)

*2024-11-24*

Second time in a row I have to chase twickenham to send tickets to the app. Email is the same, phone number is the same. Absolutely awful and just tedious to get things sorted. + added stress before the game.
Look to invest in market leading technology like Wallets and tickets sent via email if having digital tickets is so important.
Disappointed. And 0 stars if that was even an option.
Thanks.

### 1/5 — Just send the ticket via email

*2024-11-22, version 3.9.5*

This is not to protect against touts, it’s to mine data and it’s a disgrace. Demand to see ID at the gate, over this farce.

### 1/5 — Why?

*2024-11-07, version 3.9.5*

Great rid of that stupid video and stop data farming

### 1/5 — Appalling - Designed by Imbeciles

*2024-11-02*

This app is over complicated and designed by someone who has no idea of practicality or usability.
Requires signal to make a connection to recognise QR codes in an areas that is renowned for data problems on match days.
Built to suit RFU and Twickenham rather than the user, you have to transfer tickets and register with no signal.
Utterly pathetic, but you have no choice but to use it - strikes me as something that should be investigated!

### 1/5 — Utter rubbish

*2024-11-01, version 3.9.5*

Poor app and tickets never arrive.

### 2/5 — Poor app

*2024-10-31*

Seems to be designed by imbeciles trying to capture as much customer data as possible with little interest in customer experience

### 1/5 — Really, a T&Cs video

*2024-10-24, version 3.9.5*

The on skippable terms and conditions video you have to get through to even use the app is enough to make me delete it. who’s bright idea was that rubbish?

### 1/5 — Quite useless unfortunately

*2024-09-14*

I’m sure these apps cost a small fortune to maintain, unfortunately it’s a poor experience. There is seemingly no trail of any history in it, who transferred tickets, what happened, no feedback on anything, no information on a tickets that’s been transferred to you etc when a large groups of people go to a game - which is common in the context - it’s a terrible experience and such a headache! Please get some proper UX done on it.

### 1/5 — Just no

*2024-09-10, version 3.8.1*

Why is everything red
Sell outs…

### 1/5 — Doesn’t load at all.

*2024-08-06, version 3.7.3*

App no longer loads at all on my old iPhone with iOS12.5.7, despite it being listed as compatible with this app.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Codes don’t work

*2026-06-15, version 5.7.1*

To get into the app you have to generate a code to your phone. You do that, enter the code and it says it’s incorrect.

### 1/5 — As useful as a chocolate teapot

*2026-05-12*

Can’t even get past the mobile verification page and the “help” section just tells you to make sure you have the latest version of the app… which I do. If you ever actually manage to get into the app the information available is minimal and the user experience poor (at best!). The only thing it’s good for, when it actually works, is looking longingly at your ticket occasionally as you wait for match day to arrive.

### 1/5 — Stressful

*2026-02-22, version 5.2.1*

Comfortably the worst stadium app I have ever used. Very difficult to transfer tickets. So much so that at one stage it looked like neither of us had tickets.

### 1/5 — Hang your heads in shame.

*2026-01-28, version 5.2.1*

I cannot access my England v Wales tickets I paid £266 for through my rugby club. The “helpline” is unresponsive and I am left in limbo. Downloaded the app, deleted it and started again but the code sent to my mobile isn’t recognised now. Zero support offered. So there will be two empty seats on 7th Feb 2026, my fiftieth tear of going to Twickenham. A kick in the teeth. Pathetic.

### 1/5 — Poor experience with the app

*2025-11-23*

I purchased my tickets directly from England Rugby, but they still do not appear in the Allianz app. The support page offers no guidance for this specific issue, and despite sending multiple email requests, I've had no response at all. It's extremely frustrating that there's no simple, traditional option to print tickets, especially when the digital system clearly doesn't work reliably. For such a major organisation, this level of customer service and ticketing support is very disappointing.

### 1/5 — An appalling app

*2025-11-22*

It looks like no one has test this bag of nails. Click on the Help button, brings up a dead link.
Click on the edit account details, it says contact us. Fill out the form it refers you to Community Rugby Help Centre. Their update email section doesn’t work either.

### 1/5 — Still does not work - Amateur

*2025-11-15*

Spent over £500 on tickets - didn’t arrive on app - checked everything was correct. Customer Support just non existent - don’t know how RFU have got away with such a dreadful app.

### 1/5 — Broken App

*2025-11-06*

Once you have logged into the app with an email address on an iPhone it will never again give you the option to change or update your email address and it’s incredibly frustrating.
I’ve tried the contact us and help options via the app and every single one takes me to a website page that is broken doesn’t exist.
How can you have an app that redirects you to nowhere when you need help

### 1/5 — Terrible - causes stress

*2025-07-15, version 4.2.1*

Buy tickets, download the app, try to log in to get your tickets, receive a SMS code, code not verified?!?! Happens again and again and again, so what now I can’t attend because the £500 I spent on tickets is wasted as your system is unfit for purpose

### 1/5 — Poor

*2025-03-22, version 3.9.5*

Have to delete app and account everything I buy a ticket, which 2 to 3 times a year

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Excellent app!

*2025-12-20*

Great app! So simple with the easy transfer process etc. Cracking job app team!

### 5/5 — All good

*2025-11-12*

Installed the app, used the same email, name and phone as when purchasing the tickets. All works perfectly well

### 5/5 — Works fine

*2025-04-19*

I’m not sure why there’s so many negative reviews but it worked absolutely perfect for me

### 5/5 — Worked a treat

*2025-03-06*

Downloaded this to receive some last minute tickets from my Executive Team. Took a couple of minutes to download and register and as the director had already transferred the tickets to me, I found them in my app as soon I logged on. Looks like previous bugs have been ironed out by the developers.

### 5/5 — Works perfectly for me

*2024-11-24*

I do not know why many reviews are poor. I have found this app quick to download and set up, and worked as well as other similar stadium ticket apps.

### 5/5 — Great

*2024-10-19*

Easy to use easy to transfer tickets .. not sure what more you want !!

### 5/5 — Works great

*2024-04-22*

Not sure why there aren’t any ratings. But this app works great. It shows your QR code for your tickets.

### 5/5 — Amazing User Experience

*2023-06-09*

I used this app for the London Rugby 7s. It has a really easy to use interface and made transferring tickets to other people very easy. Was very impressed.

### 5/5 — No problem

*2023-05-04, version 2.11.18*

Excellent app, have attended several matches using it and had no issues.

### 5/5 — Simple

*2022-11-22, version 2.11.15*

Simple. An app that works, navigates easily and lets me manage clients on game day with ease. Just don't take screen shots!!
