Any suggestions? ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Poor Bluetooth Connection *2025-06-23, version 1.3.8* The battery doesn’t connect to the app unless you’re standing right next to it. At that point, I can just look at the charging indicator on my cart rather than messing with this app. I figured this app would help me see when it’s charged from the comfort of my couch, which isn’t really too far from where my cart is parked. If the company wants to market this battery with the use of this app, they really need to improve the Bluetooth signal on the battery to better connect to the app. ### 1/5 — Worst App Worst Service *2025-05-10, version 1.3.8* I have yet to be able to connect to my battery or my charger. I can lay it on top of the battery tray and still not connect to either one multiple things show up. I can connect to one every now and then but it doesn’t stay on customer service is a joke. It doesn’t take long to look through the 18 reviews below me to see they never respond to anything. Very easy to use, simple 4 pages IDed by the icons at the bottom. App provides me with: - state of charge % - number of charging cycles - amps being drawn - voltage - cell voltages - temperature And more. With the battery off or on, connected or disconnected to the charger. I wonder if some of the negative reviews are due to inexperience with smartphone apps, given a reasonable size of the demographic these batteries are being purchased by. You can switch between them to see the information you want. The app has never crashed on my iPhone 10X battery.
