I have an iPhone. I’m not sure if this is an iPhone issue or an app issue. ### 1/5 — App needs updates to be usable *2024-11-15* Several years after the launch of this app and the password field still won’t let you paste a password in. Which means I can’t use this app. My password is generated by a password manager and needs to be pasted. How did you even remove the ability to paste into the password field? That should just work… As bad as the old app was, at least I could login and use the thing. ### 1/5 — No Face ID *2024-03-14* This app would be a lot easier if it allowed you to use Face ID. It allowed it the first week, but after that, it keeps saying that it’s available to be turned on in the menu, but it is not. It is very difficult to type in a long complicated password every time to use the app. please fix!! ### 1/5 — Can’t paste password. *2024-01-23* For a bank to not have an app capable of either allowing a password manager to autofill or at the very least the capability of pasting a password in, is a complete disappointment. It’d be less of a problem if their biometric face recognition stuff actually worked. There’s an option to login using face recognition but NO WAY to actually set it up so that’s useless. Is this app ever going to get an update? ### 1/5 — No ability to paste password *2023-11-01* Really surprising to find a banking app that doesn’t allow you the option to paste in your password. This means you can’t use it with a password management app which is pretty much standard practice when it comes to securing banking accounts online. This means users are encouraged to use simple passwords that are easy to remember and easier for hackers to brute force. Otherwise this would be a 4 or 5 star app. ### 1/5 — Worst rollout *2023-09-06* Upgraded to new app. Latest IOS version. No ability to login on day one. Tried resetting password, verifying username to no avail. 2nd day redownload app. No ability to copy/paste username/password from generic password manager? How many people are going to type in a strong complex password. I hope this is user error:/ Still unable to access accounts. One star. ### 1/5 — Not a good Credit Union *2022-01-22* Be careful! They still send me junk mail more than six months after I closed my account. They charged me a fee because they claimed that they did not have my address so I closed my account. This app did not allow me to deposit a check. My bank’s app is much better. AFCU has not returned the money that they stole. ### 1/5 — Not everyone can afford a new device *2021-12-22* Not everyone can afford a new device to run a banking app because it was updated and the app that worked yesterday was disabled.I have had an account with AFCU since 1990 -very disappointing they would not let a functional app continue to be used that was fully functional yesterday....Good job AFCU I will be changing to chase-the only reason being is their app works on an Apple device that is 1 year old with current updates ### 2/5 — Decent but annoying *2023-10-25* New app is cleaner but it will not allow me to set up Face ID. It is a pain to type in the password every time and it has a faceID option on login, but says you have to activate in the app settings, but there is no option to do that.
