My initial download and user experience wasn’t good, awful to be honest. With a couple of emails and updates which the team keeping me in the loop all month via email, to-date the app is currently functional and just as interesting as I thought it would be. This company has a lot of potential in the Fintech space. It will tell you 7 to 10 days later the withdrawal failed, then you try again and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and delete.. **Developer response:** Hi, this Erica from the Allio support team. I'm sorry to hear it's been a hassle for you to withdraw funds - that's certainly not the goal! Can you reach out to support from within the app so we can see your associated account, figure out if there is a problem, and make sure you're able to withdraw funds? I wouldn’t recommend using it. ### 1/5 — Unable to Withdraw Money *2024-02-08* I have deposited money into Allio and I am unable to withdraw it. Please stay safe and don’t use this app. ### 1/5 — Horrible Personal Finance App *2024-01-30* I deposited some money to check and see whether the app was unsafe. After trying to withdraw for multiple weeks, I am still unable to withdraw my money. This app is not safe. ### 1/5 — 👎 *2023-11-08* I won’t go as far as bashing the first sentence so I’ll just say when I first downloaded this app, they asked me to rate it. I remember I didn’t want to give an answer that soon(and honestly I was already in love with it)here we are 6 months later, with somehow only $20 invested(that I can’t even withdraw btw😄) when the app supposedly has been taking $20 out of every one of my paychecks since May. Not a good look, and very scammer vibey. Maybe this app will get 2 stars when you actually deposit the only cut from my check you make available to me back into my bank account where it should’ve stayed, oh and get a contact number. **Developer response:** Hey Kai7 - I'm really sorry that your experience has been less than ideal... and definitely not to our standards! The screen never changed and there are no options to select. Their website offers no assistance. Not sure what happened to my investments but I cannot access them. Every time I open the app and sign in the app has me go through the “set up process” all over again. Highly disappointed in this app although I was looking forward to using it. **Developer response:** Oh no! Thank you! ### 1/5 — Really unresponsive customer service *2023-06-11* I set up the app and realized at that time weekly contributions couldn’t be opted out, so it kinda feels sketchy and I sent requests to close my account. However, there was no response and I tried it 2 more times and I receive no response after 2 WEEKS and they charged me again for the weekly contribution because they couldn’t close my account in time. I would consider using this app if it has Better customer support. I even invested $10. Read after my basement I believe I gave you some time came back to the app later to re-open and all I get is white screens. So I then downloaded the app on my android phone to see if there was a difference between Apple and android and the same thing happened.
